Rented this home for our annual client salmon fishing trip, party of 8. Each bedroom was as advertised, separate sleeping quarters with private bathrooms, nice. The furniture and decor however can use some updating. Not a big deal but would make a huge difference in appearance. Home was clean and comfortable.Parking is a bit tight and the garage had zero room for even a compact car, this was not a problem for our group. Would stay here again.

This was a first girl's weekend getaway, celebrating 40 years of friendships, this home made us all feel comfortable and welcoming. The short distance from the beach access was a bonus. We are planning to make this home a yearly retreat. Everyone (15) of us truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking for all 7 vehicles. An amazing time at this location.

The bedrooms were spacious with lovely views. Living area was great for groups to gather and watch a movie or spread out and enjoy puzzles or games. The kitchen was well stocked. The home worked perfectly for our needs

Lovely vacation spot

We have stayed at this property several times and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and great location. The walk to the beach is steep but very doable, even for small children and older adults. House is well equipped for a large group and every room has its' own bathroom -- much appreciated by all! The only area of concern is that the lawn area seems to have been invaded by goat's head thorns. We found them stuck in the carpet and in the dog's paw.

We were at party of ten and there was enough seating for relaxing and dining for everyone. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was great. Apart from the lack of wifi the house is wonderful for big groups.

RODENT INFESTED DIRTY BROKEN HOUSE

This home was falsely advertised in almost every way. I demand a full refund. I paid over $3000 for specific services that were advertised as follows:  Seven bedrooms and there were only six.  Four queen beds and there were only three. An uncomfortable old futon cannot be counted as a queen bed. It is not the same thing. This was a service that was paid for and not provided. My mother can sleep on a queen bed. My mother cannot sleep on a futon that looks like it was dragged out of someone’s dorm room. A twin trundle bed that was not there; the listing is short two beds that were advertised. This is a service that was paid for and not provided. The kitchen fridge is broken. The kitchen stove is broken. You cannot rent a house as having a kitchen without working appliances. This service was paid for and not provided. Garage is filthy. Having to go in & out of filthy garage up & down death stairs to get food, and it tracks dirt everywhere. Clean environment was paid for and not provided. Carpets are filthy — people’s feet were getting black just walking around.  The clean environment was paid for, and the service was not provided. Laundry room was filthy with piles of hair and dirt. Broken shower. This service was paid for and not provided. Broken oven fan. Oven missing knob at front right burner. Does not turn gas off when in off position of back right burner. Gas continues, flowing even with burner and off position. This is in addition to the front burner, which is just completely broken and the knob has been removed as the owners fixed to make it habitable. A working non-life endangering oven was a service we paid for that was not provided. There are no carbon monoxide detectors in this home that has a nonworking and faulty stove and range. Our lives were endangered staying at this property. A safe clean environment was a service that we were paid for and we’re not provided with. Broken kitchen knives.  Broken glass.  All temperature indications are worn off of the range top.  Office does not have a queen bed as advertised. Office does not have a Trundle as advertised. Trundle bed is actually a rollaway cot in a different closet. You would have to carry it downstairs to get it in the office, which is hard for people with disabilities who are already being sent up and downstairs just to get their effing food. safe access to food in the kitchen was a service we paid for and we’re not provided with. Rollaway cot/trundle bed mattress is actually a topper of an inch and a half in thickness. Not even possible to be used as a bed as advertised. This was a service paid for and not provided. It is short a bedroom because it does not have a closing door, leaving one of our teenage party members without any privacy at all, which is unacceptable. You cannot advertise a room to be a bedroom without a closing door to offer privacy. There is a sticker bush in front yard leaving vicious burrs in the carpet that was not vacuumed… plus rodents!!

Great house for golfers!

We went with a group of 8 guys and played three rounds of golf - the property was perfect for that with a large living room for hanging out together. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone as well.

Perfect for a family reunion!

We loved this house for a recent family reunion (12 adults, 4 kids). The location can't be beat with an easy walk to the beach and short drive to town/other beaches. The 7.5 bathrooms have now spoiled us for future rentals! Room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen with lots of room for multiple cooks, and a large open living area. Vacasa staff were extremely responsive when we were looking for more bed sheets or had other questions. Great experience all around!

Great place for 8 golfers visiting Bandon Dunes. Great beach about 2 minute walk away. Would stay again.

Great for Bandon Dunes golfers

7 bedrooms and 7 full baths, great views. There is an office with accommodations but we only had 6 golfers so it was perfect. Furniture is plentiful but old and outdated. Not very comfortable but not a deal breaker. Great views from each bedroom. No area behind the house to hang out outside but plenty in the house. We'd stay again, much cheaper than staying at Bandon and only 18 minutes (5 to downtown Bandon).

Great place

This is the second time we stayed at this house and we like it very much. It’s our family well it’s comfortable. The beds could use some memory foam because they’re a little bit firm way too firm but other than that it’s great. We like it very much.

Ultimate rental for a Bandon trip for 8+ guests!

Perfect place for a group outing for a trip at Bandon Dunes. Separate bathrooms in each room was the best part of the house. Spacious to fit a large group and someplace I would come visit again. Thank you for the great memories!

Piece of Heaven

We love staying here and have done so twice. My family loves coming here. It would be great for a group of friends to get together there as well. The house is set up with everything you need. Two bedrooms have fireplaces, and four bedrooms have balconies that have views of the ocean.
