Enjoy a warm mug of coffee as you chat about the exciting day to come, or sip wine in front of the TV while you take in a movie and relive the mountain fun of the day that has just passed. Then slip into the large, brand new riverfront hot tub and turn on the jets to relax you and soothe muscles tired from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or a thrilling day of river rafting. Then sink into one of the comfortable beds, either in the downstairs bedrooms, upstairs bedroom, or loft with two log beds and river views, and recharge for another adventure-filled day. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
