The space
The house is 5 beds / 3.5 bath and a spacious 4400 sqft! Upon entry you're met with a huge great room and open kitchen + breakfast nook on the first floor. One wing consists of the full master suite while the other holds 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The basement has a massive den, a full extra kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Enjoy plenty of outdoor space. The upstairs has a wrap-around balcony including an eating area with a view to die for. The basement walks out to a truly massive patio with a hot tub and 2 grills to feed an entire family (or two). There’s a fire pit available for guest use as well.

This property is on a private 17 acres with a vineyard, apple trees, ponds, woods, etc. We (the owners) live in a separate house on the property. We are working on building a small but productive family farm. We have some friendly goats, our livestock guardian dog in training, and some working barn cats that you may see or hear. You may also see us around, tending to the animals or the land- although we are good at giving our guests privacy and space :)

You are also likely to see wildlife when you're here! You may catch a glimpse of some interesting birds at our birdfeeders, the local deer family that eats our grapes, bobcats, coyotes, or even black bears.
