Quiet cottage, Rouen Dieppe axis, near the sea and forest, near our farm

Les Gîtes de Caumont: Le Bois-Saleu (10 people - 5 bedrooms) and Neuf-Moulin (8 people - 4 bedrooms) are adjoining but completely independent (no vis-à-vis and excellent sound insulation). The 2 cottages each have an independent entrance and parking, an enclosed garden, and a terrace facing south.


Ideally located 2 hours from Paris, 3 hours from Lille. The city of Rouen (city of Arts and History) is 35 minutes and the city of Dieppe (first French seaside resort) only 20 minutes where the Dieppe-Newhaven Ferry Terminal is located. Many activities near the lodgings to satisfy young and old: Animal parks, tree climbing, bike rental (green avenue), hiking on site (GR210 starting point for beautiful loops for all levels), fishing on site (banks of private rivers), horse riding, beaches, museums, castles, historic sites (2nd World War), visit to landscaped gardens etc.
The Gîtes de Caumont are the ideal place to relax with family or friends. A few steps away, in a green and relaxing setting, discover the animals of our farm (cows, horses, chickens, ducks, geese). We will be happy to show you the crops produced on our farm (especially the cultivation of flax, a local specialty).

Activities common to the 2 gîtes: Children's games (slide, swing, football goal), pétanque field, table tennis table, table football (sheltered). Description common to the 2 gîtes: Large bay windows to the south, overlooking the private, enclosed terrace and garden. South-facing terrace with garden furniture for each gîte (not vis-à-vis), private parking and enclosed garden. Baby equipment (bath, potty, baby bed, high chair).

Wood stove in the main room. Floor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs (electricity not included). Insulation materials of high thermal and acoustic quality. Cleaning charge imposed. Rental of sheets (beds are made before your arrival) and / or towels optional on order. Free WiFi access. Animals not accepted. A building near the cottages houses a ping-pong table and table football. It is made available to house bikes and motorbikes.

Beautiful Holiday Home

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Gite, it has such lovely surroundings and is ideally located to be able to explore France. Brigitte was very welcoming and gave us all the information we could ask for to explore the local areas. We would very much love to visit again!

Wonderful October break

Wonderful stay in late October. The cottage is quite rural but we knew this booking. Very clean, well equipped. The barn with table tennis and table football was enjoyed by all. Lots of lovely things to do in the are.

The property was very good. It had everything you need for your stay. The property was a little out of the way down a lane but was very quiet. The owners were very nice and friendly. Would recommend it.

Bonjour, Un grand merci pour vos appréciations. Effectivement, le gîte est retiré et très au calme. Ce que nos clients apprécient beaucoup. De plus, les chemins de randonnée sont à proximité, la mer à 20 mn et les commerces à 5 mn.

Ruhiges Haus auf dem Land

Nettes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wer Ruhe sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Viel im Umkreis zu entdecken, aber man braucht dringend ein Auto. Die Küchenutensilien müssten einmal erneuert werden. Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Schöne Terrasse. Gastgeber sehr nett und bemüht.

Sehr ruhig gelegene FeWo für die ganze Familie

Die sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo hat uns für das schlechte Wetter entschädigt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Unternehmungen.Ein Highlight für die Kinder ist der nahegelegene Kletterwald! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Französisch- oder Englischkenntnisse unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferien in der Normandie

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Gîtes de Caumont. Familie Lambert hat uns bei unserer Ankunft herzlichst empfangen und war auch bei Rückfragen immer zur Stelle. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Doppelhaushälfte eines wunderschönen Landhauses mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Die Schalldämmung ist tatsächlich ausgezeichnet, wir haben von den Mietern der anderen Haushälfte wirklich nichts gehört. Das Erdgeschoss ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Raum mit Küche und Wohnbereich, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und daran angeschlossen ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Durch die Haustür ist ein ebenerdiger Zugang zur Terrasse möglich. Das Haus liegt im Grünen in der Nähe von Saint Crespin. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer halben Stunde in Dieppe oder Rouen. Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!

Tranquil gite in rural Normandy

We spent October half-term in this lovely, peaceful gite “en famille” - three grandparents, parents and two granddaughters aged nine and six. Le Neuf-Moulin is in a lovely setting, warm , comfortable and spacious. In a nearby barn we had fun playing baby-foot and table tennis (though you do need to take your own table tennis bats and balls). Brigitte,, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay.
