The Aix Campaign

This is what Villa Mirabelle offers: the calm of Provence in a green setting 5 minutes from Cours Mirabeau. Nestled in the middle of a plot of 5000m2, Villa Mirabelle promises you a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the famous district of Pinchinats. Only 5 minutes by car from the center of Aix en Provence and 30 minutes from Marseille you can relax while enjoying its many amenities.
It consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms, a beautiful garden of 5000 m2 including a large pool with terrace, a petanque, a ping pong table and parking for 4 cars.
The beds and bathroom:

- 1 master suite with a bed of 160 * 200, a dressing room and a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and toilet
- 1 room with bed 160 * 200 (+ 1 bed 1 to 2 people extra if needed)
-1 room with bed 160 * 200
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet

Stay:
a large living room open to the outside through 4 large windows, with a large sofa and big screen TV, a dining table for 10 people
Open living room also on the kitchen and on a patio

The kitchen:
Fully equipped with crockery for 10 persons, 2 ovens, 1 fridge-confelator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, ice machine, 1 beer printer, open to the living room.

The patio:
In the center of the main rooms, the patio equipped with garden furniture awaits you to enjoy a coffee or have an aperitif to enjoy beautiful days of the mid-season

Outside:
-The heated pool from May to the end of September of 13x7 with its beach of 2m for the youngest ones, its terrace done up of a living room of garden and 8 deckchairs, as well as parasols
-The petanque ground of 12 * 8 waits for you near the swimming pool with its terrace and its lighting for nocturnal parties

The terrace (under cover) of the house, overlooking the living room, equipped with a dining table and chairs for 12 people, a parasol and a garden is ideal for good meals.

Many walks from the house await you for the bravest.
