In Capbreton, magnificent new apartment offering quality services and a prime location, a stone's throw from the central beach of Capbreton. On the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, this apartment consists of a living room, dining room opening onto a balcony and a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The night area includes two bedrooms with Queen Size beds in 80 forming large beds in 160 and a bathroom. A private parking space will complete the set.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.

Bel appartement dans un e noroĂźt passant

Super appartement bien situé prÚs du port et bien exposé. Trop prÚs d ailleurs car le matin tÎt, les livreurs des restaurants stationnent sous l appartement , et le soir l accÚs au port pour les véhicules est dévié justement sur la rue de Madrid . La place de parking est souvent bloquée par des véhicules .

HabituĂ© de ce logement, j'ai Ă©tĂ© Ă©normĂ©ment déçu cette annĂ©e -Stop parc rouillĂ© impossible de garer mon vĂ©hicule -Gros chien dans l'appartement d'a cĂŽtĂ© qui aboie -Gros travaux en face de l'appartement impossible de manger sur la terrasse et de faire la grasse matinĂ©e a cause des nuisances sonores -Vue sur le bras de mer bouchĂ©e Ă  cause de l'Ă©lĂ©vation de l'immeuble en construction Je ne louerai plus cet appartement Ă  830,00€ la semaine!! PS: de + la semaine suivante Ă©tait 20% moins cher ( rageant quand mĂȘme).

Central avec superbe terrasse

Grand appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ©, et disposer de deux places de parking est un plus apprĂ©ciable dans ce quartier frĂ©quentĂ©. Pour ceux qui viennent avec des vĂ©los on peut facilement les laisser dans le sous-sol. À savoir pour les draps, il n'y a pas de grand lit : 4 simples.

Dommage .!

Appartement trÚs récent, bien situé, confortable et bien meublé. Des petits défauts de jeunesse : dans les placards les verres sont posés sur des morceaux de papier essuie tout, pas trÚs classe, la seule machine à café fonctionne avec des capsules Dolce gusto, aucun porte-manteaux. Le vrai souci c'est l'accueil inexistant ( clefs à récupérer dans un coffre devant l'agence), il faisait 14 degrés dans l'appart quand nous sommes arrivés car le chauffage était éteint et nous n'avions aucun document expliquant le fonctionnement du thermostat. Idem pour le Wifi, à nous de nous débrouiller pour récupérer la clef de sécurité. Et surtout le ménage n'avait pas été fait : de longs cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain, la cuvette des wc pleine de papier toilette jaunùtre, la poubelle non vidée, beurk ! Restés 3 jours, nous n'avons eu aucune réponse à nos mails réclamant des explications. C'est inadmissible.
