Large private mansion built in the mid-19th Century, entirely restored in 2023 with taste, four vast and refined bedrooms, a large living-room, plus a dining room and a family kitchen. A gorgeous bathroom and a nice shower.
Charming enclosed garden and a beautiful swimming-pool along a huge terrace.
House ideally located halfway between Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand, 15 minutes from the A71 motorway and the art city of Riom. Many possible visits (castles, Vulcania, monuments of Vichy and museum of the Cutlery in Thiers), ballades in the surrounding countryside and excursions in the chain of Puys and the Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne.

A beautiful spacious townhouse. It was clean and had everything we needed. And a nice swimming pool. The host was very helpful and accommodating as we had to amend our stay. Maringues itself is very quiet but with a Spar and shops around the corner we had everything we needed. We couldn’t find a restaurant in the town itself. It’s well situated for walking and cycling and has the beautiful spa town of Vichy 30 minutes away.

Magnifique maison, spacieuse et bien équipée dans un village calme avec les commerces de première nécessité. A proximité de la chaine des Puys, de Vichy. et de Clermont-Ferrand. La piscine est très agréable.

Un havre de paix

Magnifique maison de maître, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien aménagée. Un extérieur à l’abri des regards, une superbe piscine et un jardin paysagé. À proximité des commerces, dans un charmant bourg. Une semaine parfaite à découvrir sans plus tarder.

Charmante maison spacieuse

Séjour au calme dans une maison de style bourgeois campagne chic. Une des chambre est particulièrement spacieuse et agréable. Salles de bain rénovées dont une avec une jolie baignoire centrale, belles douches spacieuses. Cuisine sympathique.
