Our family of eight had plenty of room in this extremely clean condo. We've been to Myrtle Beach several times and always stayed at hotels. This was much nicer. I had questions the day before and was able to get hold of the property manager right away. He was very helpful. The next time we come into town we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!

5 Star Experience

This is a lovely condo. Very clean, quiet and much more spacious than I expected. The host is very easy to reach and responds in moments. He very graciously called me to let me know we could arrive a little earlier. I am planning on a return trip next year and hope this property is available. I would book again. Thank you!

Clean, Spacious, and Quiet

The accomodations were as described. Spacious, clean, and quiet (this was during 4th of July week).Only two caveats. First, upon arrival I discovered the screen of the TV in the livingroom was broken. The owner was very responsive at first, but then I never heard from him again after the first couple of hours. It wasn't urgent and not the end of the world, but as a family we usually like to stay in and have a movie night when we go out of town and couldn't do that which would have been nice. Second, there are parking rules that are not posted but you will be ticketed if not followed. I was given a warning ticket for being parked over the curb. Photo below shows how much of the curb my vehicle covered. Given that vacation rentals are common on the property, it would behoove the property management company to prominently post parking rules in the parking lot if they are beyond the standard parking rules for the city of Myrtle Beach.

Outstanding Condo, Close to Everything

We (4 adults, 3 children) stayed in this condo for a week. Condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and very nice pots and pans, making it very easy to have several meals at home. The three bedrooms and two baths were very clean and had ample linens for all of us. The owner Herbert was very responsive and very helpful.The pool was clean and had a lot of seating. There was plenty of parking spaces and it was easy getting to anywhere in town, including a short drive to the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a day at the beach or spending the day exploring, this is it. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place - perfect location

Appreciated our stay for our Myrtle Beach family vacation. Accommodation was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family of 6. Was within a short driving distance of all the major attractions in both North and South Myrtle.

Everything was immaculate. The house is just as pictured and described. As an added bonus everything you need is provided not just a one time supply but even back ups unlike most other private properties. I could have packed much less LOL. I’m talking towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, even laundry soap should you choose to do laundry, and I’m sure things I haven’t thought about mentioning. Great location as well. It’s quiet yet close enough to everything. Homeowner is always quick to respond to any messages; prior to arrival and during your stay as well. The price can’t be beat wither. I will definitely be sure to check if this place is available for any future Myrtle Beach trips. I even met the cleaning staff as I was leaving and they are great too!!! Herbert definitely takes care of his properties, staff, and guests. I literally can’t say enough good things about his home or him. Book this place, you won’t regret it!!!!!

The property was so clean and nice! Everyone loved the view on the balcony! Best owner to deal with! First time booking on the app. Owner was nice enough to let us check in earlier due to fact our flight arrived earlier than expected. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I stayed with our two young adult sons. The family was very impressed. If you like clean, fresh, spacious, quiet, safe and comfortable this is a great place to stay. The living room and kitchen is an open space with plenty of room to spare. The private balcony overlooks the relaxing community pond. I cannot imagine anyone having a problem staying at this place. The furniture is new just as advertised. Great Job to the host, thank you!

We loved our stay here!! The host was very responsive and even checked in on us during our short stay! The beds were extremely comfortable. It is on the top floor but there is an elevator! Highly recommend!

Very nice, spacious condo. Condo is in a great location for going out, restaurants, shopping, etc. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay!

We have traveled to Magnolia Pointe for the past 12 years. This was by far the best place we stayed in at this facility. The condo is very clean with new carpeting, freshly painted and a great view of the lake. Mr. Pyke responded quickly and was very easy to work with. We definitely plan to stay here again.

4th Floor Condo

Had a great vacation at Herbert's condo! We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 6 years and this condo was our favorite. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Herbert answers any questions you have very quickly. We will definitely be back next year!

Excellent experience

Clean, comfortable, fully furnished, cool (super hot outside for our stay), & quiet and felt safe. Family friendly. Elevator access to the 4th floor, parking was plentiful. The ~7 pools closed a bit early (9 pm). Beach access is about a 10 munute drive. No on-site fitness center but YMCA which offer day/week passes about 2 miles down the road. Bunches of multi-use paths...bring your bike / walking shoes!

Exactly what we needed.

Everything was great and as described in listing and pictures. No issues with property or check in. My only suggestion is to upgrade the twin beds to actual mattresses. They were a bit uncomfortable

Beautiful condo

We came to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation the condo was very clean and in prime location it's only 6 minutes away from Broadway on the beach. The Host was a pleasure to work with and if you are able to meet the cleaning lady tell her Tee and Patty said hello. If you can reserve this property do so it's well worth it.

Wonderful and peaceful

Overall very nice place It was peaceful and quiet. My only problem it was too far away from the Beach. If you’re looking for a place that is away from all the hustle in the bustle of the beach. This place is for you very clean very neat place as well cat it would definitely be a place for me and the guys we want to do a golfing trip overall very nice place.

You Should be HERE!

Great property, great location! The property was beautifully maintained and the grounds had plenty of space for biking and walking too. The pools were awesome! This place is minutes from literally everything... golf, Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, dinner shows, Costco, Walmart, etc. 10-15 minutes from the Boardwalk & city center. It was an 8-minute drive straight across 48th Street to hit the beach. The owner was awesome to communicate with and very, very helpful. We would stay here again and again and again!

My first trip to Myrtle beach was about 12 years ago with my golfing Buddies, We made it an annual trip, my wife and I have decided that we will eventually retire to Myrtle beach as we both loves the area, we bought a couple of condos as part of our retirement plan but wont be able to truly enjoy them for another 10 years. cant wait for the day to come
