The apartment is even better than in the photos!! We spent 10 days in Nice and after day trips, shopping, at the beach or the odd siesta, the apartment was great to come back to. Quiet spacious apartment in Nice

This is a beautifully furnished, fully equipped and spacious apartment in a central but remarkably quiet quarter of Nice. It made an excellent base for our activities in and around Nice, being a 15 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and convenient for the museums, the old quarter, and endless restaurants and shops. The owner, Jean-Louis who is warmly engaging (and a graceful corrector of our French), gave us a welcoming tour of the apartment, provided useful information and was immediately available for any queries we had.

Let's start with the negative things: there are none. Really! Our whole stay was perfect. The check-in process is very personal, polite and helpful as we were welcomed by the owner couple itself with homemade wine and snacks. The appartment was very clean and all facilities are high-quality. The bathroom with the jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing. Also the quality of the bed's two mattresses is exceptionally good. We would come back.

Fantastic Apartment - A Home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. We stayed in 4 different apartments on a 3 week vacation in France and this was our favorite apartment. Everything about it was great. The location, the parking garage and being able to walk anywhere in Nice was definitely a plus. But the main reason we loved it was how comfortable it was. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed so we were glad to end our vacation here. The bathroom was also great and had a great shower plus a spa tub that felt so relaxing after a day of walking. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It really felt like a home away from home. I'd like to also mention the help that the owner, Jean-Louis, gave us. We corresponded before our stay and he asked if we had been to the area before. We had, so he sent me a detailed list of ideas of things to do since we told him where we went when we were here 18 years ago. We did much on the list and enjoyed the places we went (Antibes, Cap Antibes, Cagnes-Sur-Mer, Renoir Museum). We really enjoyed the one day we spent just exploring Nice, especially Castle Hill and the spectacular views. We also enjoyed a meal at a recommended restaurant, L’Acchiardo, which I would also recommend. We hope to come back some day and stay longer here!

Très bel appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et bien situé

Après un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, nous avons apprécié l'excellent confort de l'appartement bien situé pour découvrir Nice à pieds ou en tramway. Proche de la gare, nous avons passé une journée à Monaco (25 mn en train). La possibilité de bénéficier d'un parking sécurisé pour notre véhicule est également très utile car difficile de se garer et stationnement payant dans le quartier.

Charming apartment

We enjoyed 6 nights in this lovely apartment with a warm and helpful host to explain everything to us. The apartment is perfect for a couple of people with lots of space and a cook's kitchen. It's close to the new tram system and to the train station which is perfect for day trips to places near Nice.

Très jolie appartment

We´ve had a great stay in Nice. The host Jean-Louis was very nice and helpful and explained everything. The apartment ist perfect located as you just need 12 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the old city center. We came to Nice with te train from Paris, the station was just 7 minutes away. The airport for our journey back home was 15 minutes by car. The apartment was very nice and best aquipped. The only bad thing was, that the walls are thin, as it is an old bulidung and some neighbours were noisy until late in the night. But besides, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselfs. We would definitly return to this apartment.

Great Flat to Explore Nice and Surrounding Cities

Thank you Jean-Louis and Christiane for a wonderful stay at your beautiful apartment! When we first walked in, Jean-Louis took very good care of us and walked us thoroughly through his apartment and all the great amenities. The aperitif, jam, and spread provided by our host were so good. The apartment has all that you need as a home base for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. It is very close to the train station and beautiful 20 min walk to Old Nice, which goes by so quick because the air and sights down to old town are so refreshing. Some of our best memories are waking up opening the windows and letting in the cool Riviera morning air, strolling down the Promenade du Pailon, and day tripping to Cape Ferrat. We loved our vacation, and this great apartment is central to everything. The city of Nice is beautiful and we would love to stay here again on our next trip!.

Wonderful Owners and Property

The apartment was lovely and the owners were a true delight! Every little detail from how the appliances worked to the phone numbers and locations of nearby restaurants were listed in a convenient handbook. Good sized kitchen stocked with everything to make most dishes and comfortable living/dining room. The bedroom has an electric elevating bed that allows each side to be adjusted to the angle of each guest's comfort and the convertible couch was decently comfortable. A 10 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute walk to Vieux Ville with museums, great shops and restaurants.Overall a wonderful location and great property!

A great property and a wonderful owner

It has been a very pleasant stay, Upon arrival the owner Jean Louise welcomed us and explained everything concerning the house and the private parking. The house is well equipped with a good location, 10 minutes away walking from the beach and city center. The house is air conditioned and the private parking helped us a lot during the stay as it's very difficult to find parking in the area during summer time. Very highly recommended. Das Quartier entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen. Den Vermieter haben wir als sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen kennengelernt. Die Wohnung ist umfassend und vollständig ausgestattet. Ihre günstige Lage sowohl zum Bahnhof als zum Stadtzentrum erübrigt die Nutzung des eigenen PKW. Dieser war bestens in einer gesicherten Tiefgarage untergebracht. Mit dem Zug lassen sich für kleines Geld Ausflüge etwa nach Cannes oder Monaco realisieren. Die Eigeversorgung mit Nahrung und Getränken ist durch ein vielfältiges umfangreiches Angebot in naher Umgebung gesichert. Herr Campan stellt dazu auch noch nützliche Informationen zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem: Gerne wieder!

Fabuloso apartamento como si estuvieramos en nuestra casa.

Hemos estado 4 dias en este apartamento y nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Las fotos no reflejan suficientemente lo bien cuidado que está, y los muchos detalles que tiene. La cocina es muy completa con todo tipo de utensilios, la habitacion de matrimonio muy cómoda con un gran armario. Todo muy limpio, en una zona céntrica de Niza, pero muy tranquila. A 10 minutos de la zona comercial y a 15 del barrio viejo, lo suficiente para ir paseando por diferentes calles. Tambien queremos agradecer la bienvenida de Sebastien, que nos explicó todos los detalles del apartamento, y nos acompaño a la plaza de parking para dejar el coche. Los siguientes dias pudimos contactar con Jean Louis para solventar algunas dudas, y nos contestó muy amable y rápidamente. Sentirsi a casa

Mio marito e io siamo appena rientrati da una bellissima vacanza a Nizza. E' una città che ci piace molto e ci torniamo spesso. Ma quest'anno è stato ancora più piacevole perchè abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento molto confortevole. Il proprietario, il sig. Jean-Louis, è sempre stato molto gentile e puntuale nel risponderci sin dai primi contatti, è una persona cordiale, che ti mette subito a tuo agio. Quando siamo arrivati a Nizza, ci ha accolti con una bottiglia di vino rosè e delle tartine, e ci ha spiegato tutti i dettagli della casa. Un parcheggio sotterraneo comodo e sicuro, un appartamento elegante, pulito, ancora più bello che nelle foto, arredato per viverci, non manca niente. La cucina è attrezzata per cucinare, con due forni e la lavastoviglie. In bagno ci sono lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il letto è comodissimo, e sia in camera da letto sia in sala c'è l'aria condizionata. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi, supermercati e ristoranti e la spiaggia è a 10 minuti a piedi, così come il centro. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane rilassanti e serene e torneremo sicuramente!
