Full bathroom on main floor with no entry steps. All bedrooms are upstairs. Private patio complete with Hot Tub, Fire Pit, BBQ. POOL 10 steps away from back fence. Amply Stocked plenty of towels and bedding, washer/dryer in unit with detergent for guest to use. close to Zions, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn, St. George, Snow Canyon, Golf Courses, Bike Trails. Great Stay

Very clean, beautiful property. Toddler loved all of the toys (and I loved not having to lug toys on vacation)! Comfy beds and furniture. Great location. Hope to stay again!

Excellent family friendly home!

We loved our stay! We have young kids and they don’t get bored once! Plenty for them to do just at the property alone. Beds are comfortable and linens are excellent. They have gone above and beyond in the kitchen with the everything one would need to make any meal. And being so close to the pool was just icing on the cake!

What a wonderful place

We had an amazing time in this wonderful home. So close to so many wonderful places (Zion, Bryce, Snow Canyon), while also so many helpful and great things in Washington as well. The drive in from Vegas was beautiful as well - this area really is a hidden treasure of Utah. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend

Loved it!

Awesome place in a great location (30 minutes from Zion National Park; 10 minutes from St. George). The house was spacious (my wife and I wanted a place where we could both work and relax) and Kim and Tim’s house was perfect. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms but the owner’s suite bed was super comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the kitchen/living layout was great with comfy sectional and TV upstairs between the bedrooms was very convenient, the outdoor dining, firepit and hot tub on the back patio created a relaxing retreat after a day of hiking in the park; working remotely (WIFI was strong!), or enjoying the shops and restaurants in town. This place is a gem for anyone looking to stay near the National Parks and yet remain close to the bigger cities. We’ll be back!

Perfect Property for what we wanted! Would 1000% book again.

Our visit was 4 adults and 5 young kids under the age of 10, this property was perfect for what we wanted and needed. It was very clean, very well stocked with things that you would possibly need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of places for everyone to sleep comfortably. Bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked, its a small thing but the quality of shampoo, conditioner, and body was very good. When we just wanted to relax inside there was plenty of couch space and hangout space for everyone to relax and enjoy a comfy seat.Great access to I-15 so getting to the location is easy to do, it also makes it easy to access all that the St. George area has to offer. The hot tube was a nice feature and we liked being able to just warm up after the pool since the air outside was still a bit chilly. The access to the community pool was nice, it really is just a few steps away, which made getting things we forgot in the house easy and not a hassle at all. The back patio space was great as well, having a grill was nice to cook up some easy dinner.Check in and out was very easy, host doesn't ask guests to do much prior to checkout which was great since we had a few antsy kids that wanted to get going.With all that being said, We will 1000% book this place again if we are looking at a stay in the St. George area!

Very clean and accommodating

We had a great time at Green Springs. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located so that you can do all the fun stuff you want in St. George! The property had all the amenities we needed and more. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Best home yet!

The property was wonderful great location for us! Beautiful decor fairly well stocked, only a few things we had to buy but left them for the next guests( Kleenex ,tin foil, plastic wrap) the beds were a little uncomfortable seemed like they had been used a lot for a new home very lumpy both the kings, hope to return again next year to compete again in the Huntsman games

Perfect Getaway!!!

We loved out weekend stay at The Timberlane Property. The private hot tub, fire pit and pool made relaxing a breeze. The small fixtures and quality of the property give a feeling of elegance and comfort. Booking was easy and communication with the manager was quick. You could tell the managers were invested in ensuring our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The showers, rooms and common areas are spacious. The location was great, being so close to everything St. George has to offer yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Within an hour of being there we started planning our next stay. A definite go to for St. George and the surrounding areas. We completely enjoyed our stay and it was an easy 5 star rating all around.
