"Côté prairie" quiet guest house in Épagne (80), for rent with family or friends, is located 30 min from the sea (Fort Mahon - Quend Plage), 15 min from the Baie de Somme (Saint Valéry, Le Crotoy) and 2 min from Abbeville, 300m from the Peronne / St Valery cycle route and 150m from the Ferme Blanche.
The guest house (independent of our home) includes:
• on the ground floor :
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet
- 1 large living room
• upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a cot.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa
- 1 bathroom with toilet
A terrace with tables, chairs and deckchairs. A large garden with chalet and games for children.
Independent entrance and private parking.
WiFi access.
Cyclists, bikers welcome. (shelter provided under carport)
6 bikes available.
Possibility of taking the meal you have taken on site (barbecue, fridge, microwave, coffee maker - coffee pods provided, kettle, dishes available).
Supermarket 2.5 km away.
