The apartment is located in the popular tourist resort of Garden City, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops etc and it benefits from all year round sunshine with average temperatures between 20 and 22 in winter and 26 and 28 in summer. It is on the ground floor, furnished with comfortable twin beds, a wall mounted flat screen TV with Spanish, European and English channels, ceiling fan, safe, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen diner. There is also a nice large terrace overlooking the pool.
