Great house! We loved having the pool and it was very conveniently located. Short drive / 20 min walk to the beach. Downtown was close too. They allowed us an early checkin.

A fabulous house

The property is fantastic. It was extremely clean and the pool was lovely. It’s a short walk from the beach and the town. We were a multi generational family and there was something for everyone. The hosts were very personable and helpful. All in all a great holiday.

Good villa with excellent pool

We were two families of four. One set of children had to share a double bed. The adult room downstairs was very pleasant, the one upstairs was ok (bed a bit small). The living areas and pool are fantastic. It is a 20-30 min walk to the beach, but we rented bikes which made the town and beach more accessible. Claudie is lovely and was very understanding about the unfortunate breakages of glasses and crockery. Only downside was that the house got very hot during the hot weather, especially the upstairs 3 bedrooms which is in the roof. Apparently the aircon wasn't working, but it really is required!

Bonjour, je souhaite préciser que les plages surveillées de Capbreton les plus proches de la maison sont :Waze « Les Océanides »: 960 m « La Piste »: 1,5 km « La Savane « : 1,5 km Elles sont desservies par la navette gratuite YEGO La région bénéficie d’un climat tempéré et la climatisation n’est pas prévue. Très heureuse d’accueillir de nouveaux hôtes, je prépare les séjours avec beaucoup de soins.

La maison de Claudie est une maison chaleureuse, on s'y sent "comme à la maison".Tout est accessible à pied et à vélo et la piscine très appréciable.Nous avons été très bien accueillis et Claudie est très disponible en cas de questions.je recommande fortement pour des vacances de rêve à Capbreton

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, à 7 adultes et 1 bébé d’un an. La maison est très confortable, agréable et parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir une famille avec un bébé. Tout le nécessaire est prévu : parc, chaise haute et lit parapluie, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.Claudie est très réactive, disponible et arrangeante. La piscine est également très agréable et nous en avons bien profité !Autre gros point positif : la maison est idéalement située. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, que ce soit pour aller au centre-ville, à la plage ou au port.Quelques petits points qui pourraient rendre le séjour encore plus parfait :* prévoir quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, notamment de bons couteaux ;* permettre l’utilisation de la climatisation. Même si elle n’est pas indiquée dans l’annonce, le fait qu’elle soit présente dans la maison sans pouvoir être utilisée peut être un peu frustrant, notamment lors des fortes chaleurs.Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons sans hésiter cette maison !

Fabulous Family Holiday

Property was all that we wished for. Spacious, good amenities, excellent pool. Plenty of parking space. Layout flowed from lounge and kitchen to outdoor areas. Host was very helpful and friendly.
