Spectacular 2-storey penthouse with huge terrace and wonderful views

Summary
Beautiful and bright penthouse with a large roof terrace and wonderful views of La Solana del Matorral Beach in Jandía, Morro Jable. The house has capacity for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces (one of them, a roof terrace with its own bathroom and shaded area), kitchen and living room.

Accommodation
Very spacious and comfortable attic, located in a very quiet building. It has two very spacious double bedrooms, a cozy living room with satellite television, a fairly complete kitchen, three bathrooms (two with a shower and one with a bathtub) and two terraces. All the windows of the house have electric shutters. One of the terraces is a huge private roof terrace located on the second floor of the house. Both terraces are very sunny and from them you can enjoy fantastic views of Playa Solana del Matorral and the white lighthouse of Jandía. The house is equipped with everything you may need during your holidays, also bedding and towels, both bath and beach towels.

Services
The final cleaning is not included in the price, it has an extra cost of € 50. If you want cleaning during your stay, it would be priced at € 11 per hour.

Wireless internet is offered free of charge as a courtesy to our clients. Please keep in mind that the telephone infrastructure in the town is not optimal and it is possible that during your stay there will be connection cuts.
We receive guests personally. We can be reached by email or phone during your stay if you need us.

Surroundings
The penthouse is in Jandía (Morro Jable), in the south of Fuerteventura. It is located in the urbanization Subcomunidad Balcón de Jandía. The house is less than 15 minutes walk (about 800 meters) from the beach; Nearby there are all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc.

Morro Jable is the ideal place to enjoy an active vacation doing scuba diving, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, cycling, golf and many others. But it is also the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and savor Canarian gastronomy in the many restaurants in the area.

How to move
To enjoy all the activities that Morro Jable offers, it is not necessary to have a car, since the location of the house is great and you can reach almost all places on foot. However, if you want to get to know the island well and discover all its corners, we do recommend that you rent a car, since public transport is not as good as it should be. In any case, taxis are also a good option if you do not want to walk, since they have affordable prices (for short distances).

House's rules
- The Check-in time is at 16:00 and the Check-out time is at 11:00. However, we can be flexible with the schedules, as long as there are no arrivals or departures from other clients. Contact us in this regard with your expected arrival and departure times.
- The house is rented to smokers, but please smoke only on the terraces.
- Sorry, but we do not accept pets.
- A security deposit of € 250 in cash is required to be paid upon entering the home, which will be returned on the day of departure once it has been verified that there is no damage to the home.

Minimum stay
The minimum stay is usually 7 nights, but at certain times it is possible to stay fewer nights. Contact us in this regard indicating your expected arrival and departure dates.
