Beautiful and bright penthouse with wide terrace and stunning views of the Playa La Solana Matorral in Jandia, Morro Jable. The house can accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces (one of them, a roof with its own bathroom and shaded area), kitchen and lounge.
Very spacious and comfortable penthouse located in a quiet building. It has two spacious bedrooms, a cozy lounge with satellite TV, a fairly complete kitchen, three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath) and two terraces. All windows in the house have electric shutters. One of the terraces is a huge private terrace located on the second floor of the house. Both terraces are very sunny and from them you can enjoy fantastic views of Solana Beach Scrub and white lighthouse Jandia. The house is equipped with everything you might need during your vacation, also linen and towels, both bath and beach towels.
The final cleaning is not included in the price, has an extra cost of 50 €. For cleaning during your stay, it would be priced at € 11 per hour.

The penthouse is in Jandia (Morro Jable), in the south of Fuerteventura. It is situated in the urbanization Balcon de Jandia subcommunity. The property is within a 15 minute walk (about 800 meters) from the beach; Nearby there are all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc.
Morro Jable is ideal for an active holiday scuba diving, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, cycling, golf and many other site. But it is also the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and savor the Canarian cuisine in the many restaurants in the area.
To enjoy all activities Morro Jable offers, no need to have car as the location of the house is great and you can get almost everywhere on foot. However, if you want to know the island well and What to see in every corner, yes we recommend renting a car as public transport is not as good as it should be. In any case, taxis are also a good option if you want to walk, as they have affordable prices (for short runs).
- The Check in is at 16:00 and the out is at 11:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, provided that no inputs or outputs from other customers. Consult this regard with arrival and departure previews.
