* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00

For late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):

Spectacular villa in Phuket

Absolutely gorgeous place with a perfect pool and stunning landscaping, spotless inside and beautifully decorated. It is a perfect villa for an amazing stay in Phuket. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Pics don’t do it justice.

schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, jedoch , wenn man es erstmal gefunden hat, keinr allzu weite Entfernung zu den Restaurants e.tc. Jedoch braucht man ein Auto oder Moped. Es hat eine große überdachte Terrasse mit großen Pool, was sehr gut war, denn es hat über 3 Wochen nur geregnet. Da es jedoch warm war, konnte man gut draußen sitzen. Das einzigste Manko war, dass wir, immer Leute mit Kindern neben uns zu wohnen hatten,zum Schluss auch noch mit Hund. Angegeben war, dass keine Kinder erlaubt wären.Nichts gegen Kinder, aber wir brauchten wirklich Ruhe. Auch haben wir ein nicht wenig bezahlt, da sollte alles stimmen. Aber wenn man schon morgens das Geschrei hören musste,oder das Gebell, war das nicht mehr lustig. Unter erholsamen Urlaub, der sehr teuet war, verstanden wir etwas anderes. Schade !!! Auch für uns. Jedoch das Haus ist sehr schön.

Hello Sabine, thank you for your feedback. So unfortunate that you had that experience however, it is not under our control to stop the kids from making noise. I hope you address it to the guests next door too so they can at least talk to their kids to lessen the noise. But im glad you liked our villa and still hope to accommodate you, hopefully no kids staying next door ;) thanks for staying!
