Located 15 minutes walk from the City Center and only 700m from the Grande Plage, come and spend a pleasant holiday in an Apartment located on the ground floor of a quiet Residence, with Terrace and private parking space.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, it is about 37m², it has a spacious and bright living room, with convertible and comfortable corner sofa equipped with a Flat Screen and WIFI;

a fitted and well-equipped kitchen area (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker);

a bedroom with a Double Bed (Dim. 140 * 200) and storage;

a bathroom adjoining the bedroom with washing machine and towel dryer, WC.

It also has a sun terrace where you can enjoy breakfast.

Quand on est à pied et handicapé,et surtout arrivé un jour férié samedi on tout les magasins fermé rien à manger cela est dure,dure vue qu'il n'y avait personne à qui demander là route pour demander là direction de la résidence et là rue .je reviens vers les restaurants Don Abritel nous avait fait voir était à moins de 2klm de la résidence,et pas de désignation où ce trouvait la navette à prendre pour aller dans le centre de saint gilles croix de vie.moi je ne suis pas content d'abridel .je ne passerai plus par eu.

Bonjour, le descriptif de la location précise les distances commerces et plage. Le numéro du service de conciergerie vous a été communiqué , ils ont essayé de vous joindre par téléphone mais vous ne leur avez jamais répondu.

Location st gilles croix de vie

Super séjour, très bien accueillie.,tout peux se faire à pied l'annonce est vraiment exacte Je conseille la sortie en vélo de St gilles au sable de l'onne c'est très agréable et très beau paysage je retournerai volontiers et je recommande vivement

Localisation parfaite, tout peut être fait à pieds. L’emplacement de parking est très appréciable. Logement extrêmement propre, très bien équipé. Très jolie résidence, au calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Super location

Appartement à quelques minutes à pied de la grande plage et 15 minutes du centre ville. Très propre, l'appartement est récent et le mobilier n'est pas abîmé. Literie très confortable, petite déco sympa. Merci aux parents de Nathalie pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Si je devais être pointilleuse, il manque juste quelques assiettes supplémentaires pour ne pas avoir à faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à chaque fois. Et quelques petits jeux de société à mettre à la disposition des locataires seraient un plus, surtout par temps de pluie. Je garde votre adresse pour une prochaine fois!

La location correspondait à la description sauf que le second couchage n'est pas adapté pour 2 grandes personnes. Heureusement nous n'étions qu'à 3. Par ailleurs, rien à dire sur la propreté ni sur l'accueil !

Cet appartement était tout à fait conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Si nous retournons dans la région nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Il est très bien situé ( 5minutes à pied de la plage, 10 minutes du centre ville).
