It is currently set up as a one bedroom with a living area with theater seating and TV with streaming capabilities. This apartment is very nice, clean, well kept, and comfortable inside. The property is only two years-old and perfect for Aggie Game Day stays or a quiet oasis getaway. Guests will have access to refrigerators, freezer, microwave, ice and outdoor kitchen with a high end grill. Owners are on location in a beautiful log home next door to the garage apartment. The entire property is 2 1/2 acres of secluded and quiet tranquil environment at the end of a cul-de-sac in a country small acreage subdivision.

Fantastic stay!

As A&M Football season ticket holders, this is the first place we look for when the Aggies are in town. Every trip has been met with a clean room, fresh baked goods (incredible) and the epitome of Aggie hospitality. Want to experience what Aggieland and its people are about? Beautiful, relaxing retreat ☺️

Short getaway from city, to beautiful and relaxing countryside garage apartment was just what we needed. We’ll definitely return and stay longer next time. The owner is very cordial and willingly helpful.

Great Place

Great place, comfortable, easy drive to A & M. The owners are terrifically helpful and fun. The main bed was great, the second futon bed was excellent. This garage apartment makes a nice two bedroom cottage. There is a fridge in the garage downstairs that the owners said we could use as needed. No complaints at all, I would definitely stay here again.
