The perfect villa

This villa is amazing. All the little touches made it feel so homely. Communication with the owner was instant and even allowed us a late check out at 4 which gave us a great last day. Would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay again.

Super stay!

Wonderful villa, exactly as described. The neighborhood is very safe during day and night and the Villa is in a very quiet street, 5 minutes walk to the amazing Malama beach and 5 minutes from the other side to a large variety of restaurants and supermarkets. Also great delivery service with Wolt for just about everything. Pool is well maintained and kitchen well equipped, Helena has been very communicative and took care every need efficiently. Highly recommended for families.

We’ve stayed in several Blue Water Bay villas over the years, and this one is by far the best. It truly feels like a home, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped, the sofas and beds are genuinely comfortable (a rare find in some previous villas!), and the air conditioning works brilliantly.The outdoor space is a real highlight. The pool is warm, regularly cleaned, and perfect for relaxing. The villa itself is private, not overlooked and has its own parking - something not all villas here provide.The location is excellent. A five-minute walk in one direction takes you to “Best Value” supermarket and plenty of great restaurants along Kennedy Avenue. A short stroll the other way leads to the beautiful sandy beach.We made a lot of use of both “Foody” and “Wolt” takeaway delivery services when we didn’t feel like going out.We were so sad to come home

Why they chose this property

As owners me and my husband love our house and using it for our holidays also. We would like to share our passion to this place and we do love welcome other people to stay. Whole villa is available for guests to fully enjoy the sunny holidays close to the beach.

What makes this property unique

The house is located in a cul de sac with a separate road leading to its entrance. Attendance and cleanness are the top priorities. Upstairs all 3 bedrooms (including large master en-suite) have fitted wardrobes. Beach towels are provided and a small pedestrian path leads just directly to the beach. A car is not required since all amenities are in short walking distance. The pool is private and provided only for guests.
