This villa in Pristine Bay is well located near the airport, convenient if you are traveling with family. The hosts are very polite and serve you very well, but you must take into account that you will pay a high cost for electricity. My electricity bill was US$250 for 3 days, plus the rental cost, which was exaggerated for the size of the property and the poor functioning of the air conditioners. They worked at 60%, they were reported, but the problem is that there is no freon gas on the island for them to work well, in the heat of 95° Fahrenheit.

Hidden oasis

This property was exactly as the pictures showed on the listing! The view from the pool deck overlooked the golf course and the ocean beyond- absolutely beautiful! The layout was great- plenty of room and generous bedroom/bath combos. This was the perfect layout for a family with almost adult children. We rented a golf car(plus had a car) to get to the beach club. The pool was expansive and the beach lovely. Our property manager, Robert, was exceptional. He attended to the few things we needed during our stay quickly. The unit was missing the washing machine and somehow he managed to have it installed within 48 hours on an island- Inhave been all over and never seen anything move that fast. Robert was timely and easy to work with. I highly recommend! As for the pricing on the electric. We stayed 8 nights and the bill was under $200. Probably only that high because my son keeps his room freezing. This is an exceptional value at a super property. The island was rugged and beautiful and the people we encountered were fantastic! Make sure to check out Roatan Hope Tours and Vacation Rentals to help with your excursions while on island. Overall, after visiting most of the Caribbean, I would definitely return here. It's pretty special!

Beautiful location

We loved the resort but you can’t stay here and use the facilities without a car or golf cart. We ended up renting a car and had a great time. We’ll be back.

Lovely Hillside Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hillside villa. It is nicely appointed and contains the modern amenities which are more difficult to find in Roatan. Convenient location mid-island allows you to enjoy West End/West Bay as well as the eastern end of the island. Close to groceries and the popular Monkey/Sloth hangout and Little French Key. Francisco made the check in and checkout process easy. Will definitely be back.

Lindo si tu intención es conocer la isla.

A mi familia y a mi nos encantó la casa, es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Solo hubo problema con la piscina, aunque casi no la utilizamos. Si te vas a quedar en la villa hay que rentar un carro 4*4 porque cuando lluve es muy difícil el acceso. El anfitrión fue muy atento y nos dio muy buenos tips sobre lugares para conocer. Hay un supermercado cerca. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada y el grill funcionaba a la perfección. La vista es muy bonita desde la casa. La playa de Pristine bay no es bonita pero muy cerca está French harbor que es hermoso. La isla tiene mucho que ofrecer además de west end y west Bay. Me parece mejor opción rentar una villa que quedarse en un hotel si lo que querés es conocer.
