Our stay was absolutely amazing! The room was exceptionally clean! The space warm and inviting. Robb and Linda have thought about everything. They are kind and generous hosts, Wish we had more time away...but we will be back this fall to take in the beauty of the mountain as she heads towards her winter slumber adorrned in beautiful colors!

We enjoyed this property very much! My husband and I came in for a weekend wedding. This was the perfect and cozy spot to come back to at the end of busy days of celebration! Communication with Robb was exceptional! And what we really appreciated was all the small details that are thought about to make our stay even more comfortable. From the basket of all kinds of toiletries and things you may have forgotten to some drinks in the fridge...to a little beach bag! These touches are top notch. When we are in the area again we will not hesitate to return to the Magnolia Place! Thanks Robb and L A.

Wonderful experience all around. The hosts provide every single thing you could think of. Towels, Amazon Fire Stick, sewing kit, iron and ironing board and especially wonderful snacks! The pictures do not do it justice. They even provide a flat screen TV with multiple streaming sites! The hosts are knowledgeable of the surrounding areas as well as the best places to grab some grub. Don't forget to sign the guest book!! Best place to spend an anniversary as my husband and I really reconnected.

Great anniversary getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, who made us feel very welcome, offered great suggestions for restaurants, and made sure we had the best stay possible. Magnolia Place was so warm and inviting, and very close to all of the activities the resort offered. We highly recommend a stay at Magnolia Place, and look forward to returning there soon.

Beautiful property

Excellent stay. Hosts were kind, friendly and property was just as reported. The area was beautiful. Since we had not been before they were helpful in suggesting places to go. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time coming here and we love it. Best location for a summer lake vacation. Quiet, private, and everything you need for a getaway whether for a weekend or a week.. The host is very helpful and pleasant to speak with. 5 stars all the way.

Quiet place, but close to tourist attractions

Robb was a great host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us the amenities. We had access to the resort for massages. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock were close by with nice restaurants. I would recommend this place for a quiet get away.

Charming

Robb and L.A. are great hosts. Magnolia Place is beautiful and they make sure you have everything you need in order to have a wonderful visit. Having access to the resort amenities provides lots of options for activities. Very enjoyable stay!
