THE SPACE

This place has been designed and furnished specifically to our own taste for a simple, industrial and an open concept design.

Security is excellent as this neighborhood has around-the-clock guard on duty.
The car porch fits 2 cars, the air-conditioned ground floor features living areas, dining and there is a rustically red brick wall separating it from the kitchen and laundry area, there is also one bedroom. Separated by a sliding doors at living area, find an open wooden features nice courtyard to enjoy your evening coffee on this ground floor.

The well appointed kitchen are fitted with a nice wooden top, kitchen stove set, huge fridge, microwave, oven. The kitchen cabinet are filled with all the equipment that you needed and next to the kitchen area there is a door that leads you to the laundry/drying area with a 11kg capacity washing machine.

On the first floor; there are 3 rooms; master bed is huge and opens through to huge sliding doors that open onto an outdoor balcony, there is also an outdoor patio at bedroom 2. All rooms are fitted with fans, air-conditioning and built-in wardrobe while all 3 baths are with water heater to fresh you up in the morning.

Go up to the second floor you will find a spacious family area with a nice outdoor terrace to enjoy the view of Shah Alam.
