Come and enjoy our spacious Provençal villa which can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
Relax by the swimming pool surrounded by a magnificent Provençal garden.
To make your stay unforgettable, we will give you advice on local good deals: Private chef at home, restaurants, wine cellars, hikes, sea trips, etc.
And you can enjoy a calm environment back in the house, while being close to the sea, the Calanques and the charming port of Cassis.

The villa is only 40 minutes away from the international airport of Marseille (Marignane) and 30 minutes away from Marseille main station.

The property is located in a quiet area, near Cassis, 10 minutes from the sea and offers all the benefits for a quality stay:

Detailed description of the accommodation:
Superb villa of 200m ², 5 independent rooms for 10 persons, an outbuilding with 1 additional bed for 2 persons, 3 bathrooms.

Of these 5 bedrooms, 3 overlook the pool and 1 has a sea view.

This villa has a large open living space of over 70m² including the living room, living room and kitchen.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st of May until End of september. It is surrounded by a large terrace offering a beautiful playground with sun lounger and barbecue

Ideal for families and group of friends.
TV, Internet with WIFI access, Dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Tassimo capsule coffee machine (capsule not included), Washing machine, Tumble dryer,
Towels and sheets provided.
For babies, a high chair and two umbrella bed are available.

You have access to the whole house, as well as to a game room containing foosball table and ping-pong table

Amazing

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had fantastic extras to keep everyone occupied(board games, outside games and the play room). Really liked the outside area for evening meals but take bug spray). The hosts were brilliant, friendly and gave use great advice about the area. Cassis is fantastic and we would all highly recommend.

Great stay with fun things to keep you occupied

We checked in and checked out perfectly fine. The host should you need to speak to them, speaks fluent English which should you have any problems can communicate well with. We spoke to them on route to the Villa. We also spoke to them regarding having no BBQ, they explained that in the local area, BBQs were recently banned so werent allowed to use them. The hosts provided hot electric griddles as an alternative which worked well. Due to the BBQ being listed and Hot tub being listed on the listing is the only reason I have marked down accuracy to 4 star. The pool is a great size and other activities such as table tennis and foosball also easily accessible. We did not do Patonque so cannot comment on this.The rooms are basic but absolutely fit for purpose. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and other kitchen items. We went as a group of friends for a wedding. We found this villa a great villa for getting together, playing games, socialising and chilling out. Had everything you need. Also its a short journey into Cassis Harbour. Would happily book again next time we head to the area.

Hôtes vraiment très sympathiques. La maison a de grands espaces bien aménagés.Tout commerce à 5 mn en voiture.Par contre, les lits sont un peu petits (entre 130 et 140) pour une telle villa. Et, comme je l'ai signalé aux propriétaires, les locataires précédents avaient laissé la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine, dans un certain état de saleté. C'est ce qui fait que j'ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5.Séjour très agréable

Cette magnifique villa nous a permis de passer un excellent week end. Très bien équipé, grande piscine, belle espace extérieur, l’intérieur très propre rien à dire ! Très jolie villa près de Cassis

Sejour entre amis très agreable. Maison moderne avec 5 chambres et plusieurs salles de bains. La cuisine est bien équipée et le salon très bien aménagé. La piscine est grande et chauffée, ce qui est très plaisant en septembre. La procédure d'arrivée et de sortie est très simple avec les propriétaires, faciles à joindre. Je recommande sans hesitation.

Nous avons séjourné à 8 dans cette grande maison. Tout était parfait, des chambres au grand salon, du grand jardin à la grande piscine. La région très belle, des collines de Pagnol, aux plages, sous oublier la grouillante Marseille. Bruno repondait en cas de besoin. Bref, charmante villa où nos deux familles ont passé d'inoubliables moments, détente et fous rires. Merci à Bruno et Emmanuelle.

Wir komnte unseren Urlaub sehr geniessen. Das Haus ist wirklich geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist absolut super und in gutem Zuhstand. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr Ruhig jedoch ist man schnell mit dem Auto in Cassis oder anderen sehr schönen Dörfer. Wir hatten eine sehr Sonnige Woche erwischt und wünsten uns vom Gastgeber etwas mehr schatten. Nach einem kurzen Anruf ging es nicht lange und uns wurde ein Sonnensegel montiert! Service pur, dafür nochmals vielen Dank

Maison bien située, bien aménagée pour des familles

Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants (de 2 à 9 ans). Maison bien adaptée pour grand et petit. Très spacieuse, nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus. Nous avions tous les équipements nécessaires dans la maison afin que tout le monde soit à son aise. Maison propre et très agréable au niveau de l'agencement. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. La salle avec le babyfoot et la table de ping-pong est un plus par temps pluvieux ! Nous reviendrons profiter des extérieurs avec plaisir. Elle est également très bien située proche de tout. C'est un détail mais un petit tabouret pour que les enfants puissent utiliser les lavabos sans avoir à les porter serais super. A bientôt
