This holiday accommodation is one of the five privileged villas located in the upper part of the complex "Los Lagos", where its spectacular views over the golf course and the natural mountain environment stand out.

Guests booking this accommodation will have access to 2 wonderful communal swimming pools; one of which is shared between only 5 villas and it is heated in the winter season (from november to april)

Villa Los Lagos 37 is distributed on two floors and has comfortable and functional equipment. It has three bedrooms, all with two single beds each and their own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has its own terrace with hammocks, ideal for sunbathing with views of the golf course.

This private villa has a bright living room also with views as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. The villa managed by VillaGranCanaria has Smart TV, air conditioning, a safe, a built in barbecue and other facilities to make you feel at home.

Outside there is a private garden with comfortable sunbeds and a cosy covered terrace with a dining area. In addition, guests who choose Los Lagos 37 for their holidays will be able to enjoy the exclusive shared swimming pool integrated between the rocky mountains, with a solarium around it, from which they can enjoy impressive views of the sea.

El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for more tranquility and disconnection, but at the same time is only 10 minutes drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

Services included in Villa Los Lagos 37 in Salobre

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
