約1000平方メートルの大きな庭の中の別荘の1階にある海を見下ろすテラス付きの60平方メートルのアパートメント。ヴィラは、地中海の緑に囲まれた美しいCala Sinziasビーチの前の小さな丘の上に置かれています。
このレジデンスは、海や自然と触れ合って完全にリラクゼーションするのに理想的です。
アパートメントには、簡易キッチン、バスルーム、ダブルベッドルーム、ベッドルーム（ダブルベッド2台）（リクエストによりダブルサイズに変換可能）があります。 全室に夏と冬のコンディションが備わっています。
インテリアは超仕上げで、優れた品質と機能性の家具を備えています。
テラスにはローラーブラインドの天幕、テーブルと椅子、サンラウンジャー、屋外の温水シャワーと冷水シャワー、シンクとバーベキューが備わっています。
アクセスは独立しています。

Relaxing and Memorable Stay at Beautiful Villa!My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this delightful casita. The owner and her daughter made us feel very welcome. We spent our mornings and early evenings sitting out on the terrace looking out at the enchanting view of the sea and sailboats, with always a nice breeze. There were beautiful flowers, potted plants and pretty rock pathways that adorned the villa. Importantly, the casita was very well kept and clean. The walk down to the beach was simple and the beach was one of the nicest we encountered while touring around the area for a week. Most of the restaurants were located a few minutes' drive away in the area of Costa Rei, but we were also able to dine at two local and elegant restaurants, one directly on the beach and one at the neighboring hotel resort. The daughter speaks English very well and so when we needed anything (like beach towels), we were quickly granted our request. It's a perfect place for a couple, as we could use the second bedroom for our luggage and other items, but the second bedroom (with twin beds) would also be OK with two kids. We left behind a medium-size beach umbrella, which is essential to have in the hot summer sun, and if you don't want to rent a palapa with tons of folks packed next to you at one of the beach day resorts. Tip: be sure to bring your own essentials (shampoo/conditioner etc.). We hope to return again for a longer stay!

Incantevole vacanza

Una settima stupenda location superlativa ma davvero eccezionali Marco e Roberta dicreti ma sempre presenti al bisogno con consigli e attenzioni per ogni esigenza. Luogo ideale per noi che con un bimbo di 6 anni che ha subito fatto amicizia con altri bimbi del vicinato senza perdere la tranquillità e il relax che la casa offre. Spiaggia vicinissima raggiungibile con una comoda passeggiata e a pochi minuti di auto altre bellissime spiagge che offrono tutte sia sabbia che scoglio per ogni tipo di mare di cui si può godere. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Un sogno

Siamo stati ospiti di questa meravigliosa abitazione dal 1 al 14 luglio '17. E' situata in un posto incantevole, immersa nel verde, con una strepitosa vista mare e circondata da una piacevole quiete. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, gli spazi sono perfetti ed è dotato di ogni comfort. La meravigliosa spiaggia di Cala Sinzias si raggiunge agevolmente a piedi in soli cinque minuti. La gentilezza, la simpatia e la disponibilità dei proprietari completano questo quadro rendendolo veramente indimenticabile.

Espectacular Cala Sinzias

La casa es preciosa y cuando entras esta completamente limpia e impecable. No solo la casa es perfecta, el sitio es espectacular. Pero lo mejor son sus dueños Roberta y Marco, el trato y el cariño con el que nos han tratado y nos han ayudado y como se han portado con nosotras es impresionante. Para nosotras han sido unas vacaciones especiales e inolvidables. Nunca suelo dejar comentarios pero ellos lo merecen.

Excellent

The villa was excellent: clean, walking distance to a great sandy beach, confortable for four people, with good facilities. The owners Marco and Roberta were on site to help with any issues, and very polite. Thoroughly recommended.

Confortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato per una bellissima settimana con i nostri due bambini presso questa casa, che è risultata essere confortevole, estremamente pulita e dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno in una vacanza. Immersa nella tranquillità della collina sopra a Cala Sinzias si è rivelata un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare questa splendida parte di Sardegna. I proprietari, persone squisite, gentili e disponibili, hanno contribuito a farci vivere un'esperienza indelebile: il resto lo hanno fatto la natura e l'incantevole mare, come quello appunto di Cala Sinzias, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Un sentito ringraziamento con la speranza di poter tornare presto!

Tolle Wohnung, Aussicht, Vermieter, Lage

Stilvoll eingerichtete, praktisch ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf das Meer. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man für einen Urlaub auch als Selbstversorger braucht. Die Terasse bietet genug Platz, um bei Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer ein Essen genießen zu können. Auch für Schatten ist durch eine Markise gesorgt. Der schöne und im Juni ruhige Strand ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. In der Umgebung lassen sich weitere wunderschöne Strände besuchen und wer ein bisschen Autofahren nicht scheut kann die kulinarische Seite Sardiniens in vollen Zügen genießen. Kleine wie große Supermärkte, ebenso wie Privatverkäufe lokaler Produkte sind in maximal 15 Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter, Marco und Roberta, sind einfach wunderbar: freundlich, Kindern gegenüber offen, hilfsbereit und sie haben tolle Tipps, um den Urlaub gelingen zu lassen. Wir haben unsere Zeit als vierköpfige Familie bei Marco und Roberta sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung/diesen Urlaubsort an jeden weiterempfehlen, der eine ruhige Zeit in wunderschöner Landschaft verbringen möchte.

molto accogliente

ho soggiornato per 10 gg con moglie e due bambini, la casa è molto carina, proprio in cima alla collina sopra cala sinzias. 5 minuti a piedi e si arriva sulla spiaggia più bella della costa (a mio giudizio meglio di villasimius e costa rei). supermercato a 5 km, ristoranti in spiaggia aperti anche la sera. (il migliore è senza dubbio "Is Fradis" che ha anche la spiaggia attrezzata) casa pulita e accogliente, giusta per 4 persone, con terrazzino vista mare per fare colazione. consigliata!
