This magnificent apartment is located in an old barn, offers a splendid view of the mountain (southern exposure), a cozy living room with a large balcony allowing you to enjoy the sun during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Ideally located in the center of Champagny, close to all shops, about 50m walk (supermarket, ski school, ski rental, packages, bakery, restaurants, bars ...).

Easy access to the slopes and the Domaine Paradiski La Plagne / Les Arcs. You are 5 minutes walk from the slopes.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the pool and Spa.

De superbes vacances !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner chez Frédéric ! L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Superbe vue sur les montagnes et le village est mignon. Il est vraiment idéalement placé à Champagny et l’accès aux télécabines est facile. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et avons passés un très bon séjour !

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Très joli appartement, lumineux, assez bien situé au cœur du village, et avec une vue superbe. Equipement malheureusement un peu juste pour 6 occupants (pas de casserole assez grande pour cuire des pâtes, par exemple, et seulement 3 places au salon). Tout de même une de nos meilleures expériences de location de montagne de ces 30 dernières années.

La détente

Un accueil très agréable de la part du propriétaire. Logement impeccable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps exceptionnel ce qui ne gâche rien. Le skieur a apprécié le domaine et les enfants ont aimé l'école de ski (tous les deux ont obtenu leur étoile) et se sont bien amusés dans la neige. Rien à redire. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et recommande cette location.

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Champagny. L’appartement est très bien aménagé et en plein cœur du vieux village. Les grandes fenêtres offrent une très belle vue sur la vallée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Rien à redire.

Un appartement hors pair !

Après un accueil sympathique des propriétaires, nous découvrons un appartement impeccable de propreté et de décoration. Rien ne manque, la literie est confortable et la vue du balcon sud-est (si je ne me trompe pas) est très agréable : un versant de montagne enneigé, et au sud, la vallée de Courchevel. La location est située à 2 pas d'une boulangerie, d'une supérette et à 3 minutes à pieds du centre bourg (loc de matos de snowboard..., restaurant, office du tourisme, arrivée de 2 pistes rouges et départ de la télécabine (fermée COVID-19) direction domaine skiable). Les commerçants sont très gentils et souriants (au besoin 2 hypermarchés sont situés à 15 minutes en voitures). Les chemins de randos ne manquent pas et Champigny le haut (à quelques encablures en navette ou voiture) propose des pistes de fond et raquettes dans un cadre magnifique. Une semaine détente et agréable pour un prix correct (linge de maison et ménage compris). Nous savons où passer notre semaine février 2022 :)

Excellent séjour

Appartement très agréable et parfaitement équipé. Idéalement situé dans le village (proche des commerces mais au calme), avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. De nombreuses randonnées, de tous niveaux et toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, sont au départ de Champagny le Haut et Pralognan, situées à quelques kilomètres de l'appartement. Quelle belle région, nous reviendrons !

Excellent communication! Convenient location! Spacious for a family of 5.

Apartment is near the ski hire shop and 5 minutes walk to the 🚠 Gondola. Lovely quaint village, clean and comfortable immaculate apartment and the host was friendly, very easy to work with and most helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a family ski trip. Thank you Frédéric!
