Treat yourself and your family to the life of luxury while you are on vacation. Over a Million Dollars Condo. Three-bedroom Condo with very large Master Suite that includes a King Bed, sitting area, oversized Master Bath, 48' TV, Blue Ray player and private access to Lanai/Covered Balcony plus a large floor to ceiling window, the only thing between you and the Ocean is the beach. Second Bedroom with Queen Bed, 42' TV, Blue Ray Player and beautiful Ocean Views. Third bedroom with two single beds, 32' TV, DVD player and Ocean Views. There is also a crib/pin and a highchair in the condo for the children. EVERY BEDROOM HAS VIEW OF THE OCEAN.

Beautifully appointed kitchen with Cherry cabinets and Granite countertops. Two sinks, all stainless appliances and very well equipped. Living Room with Queen Leather sofa bed, oversized chairs, 55' Smart TV, DVD, Stereo and direct access to Oceanfront Lanai. The Fireplace is for display only. The unit has telephone with unlimited long-distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada, plus high-speed internet access in the unit and Digital cable with interactive TV.

Direct Ocean front corner unit overlooking miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Extra-large corner Lanai/Balcony overlooking the Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. Lanai has 6 chairs tables as well two Chiasson to relax and catch some sun and other chairs and table to set around and enjoy the Ocean views. The Lanai has summer Kitchen including Weber Grill BBQ. for some of us who enjoy cooking while watching the waves.
For a comfortable stay at the beach, the unit has beach chairs, inflatable mat and boogie boards. Our unit is Santa Monica (D2) on the 8th floor.
TWO PETS ARE ALLOWED FOR A TOTAL MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 80 LBS FOR BOTH PETS AS PER ASSOCIATION RULES.

Please read the information below regarding the process to book the Condo as well check in and out process. I have a management company who will be taken care of my Condo rentals and they will be taken care of your booking. They been in Business over 25 years, one of the largest rental companies on the Beach, they manage over 220 units and serve thousands of travelers every year. They have an office on Atlantic Avenue with a full staff there to help make you stay and vacation a pleasurable one, secure and hassle free. Below is your booking process:

1- The Guest will book the condo online and make the deposit directly to VRBO. If your date more than 60 days away, you will receive a reminder before the 60 days to make the remainder of the payments. if your booking with in 60 days of your check in, you will need to make the full payment to VRBO at the time of booking.

2- After you book the condo, you will receive an email or a phone call from the property management company to confirm your booking. They will send via email Ocean Vistas building registration form and contact information for the person that will be checking you in.
3- At the check in date, you will meet at the Lobby the person who will give you the keys for the condo as well give you your parking passes and show you where you will be parking in the underground secure parking.
4- The building association requires every guest to be given a tour of the building amenities and which elevator to use to get to your condo during checking in. Every owner and management company has to perform this tour with guests checking in with no exception regardless of if the guest stayed at Ocean Vistas in the past. This mandatory rule was put in place for two reasons, first is security reason and the other reason is to show the guest which Elevator to use since there is 3 separate towers and if you took the wrong elevator by not knowing which one to use you may not be able to get to your condo. This tour is very beneficial to all guests.
5- At no point from the time you book your condo to the time you check out; any guests will NOT be asked by anyone including The Property Management Company for their SSN.

This process in place to make your experience renting the condo hassle free and pleasurable one so you can start your vacation and enjoy it
