Light, airy and modern, Unit 205 is a 3BR/3BA, 2250 sf condo that offers a quiet and spacious oasis directly above beautiful Daytona Beach - one of America's finest - and close to many of the attractions of central Florida. We have recently renovated this unit with custom granite counters in all bathrooms, new tile floors, hand made kitchen light fixtures, new LG smart fridge, original artwork from Bali and Hawaii, and more. The master suite features a large bedroom (new mattress was added in Sept 2024), huge walk-in closet, a large bath with walk-in shower with rain shower and hand spray, twin sinks and a large soaking tub. The well equipped kitchen includes everything to prepare gourmet meals.

The property boasts 2 oceanfront pools, one with a hot tub an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, his and hers saunas and two billiard tables.

The unit is cleaned and disinfected at each cleaning according to CDC protocols. Our HVAC system is equipped with a UV light filter to remove viruses, mold, viruses and bacteria.

This property requires a minimum stay of 14 days, however we can reserve stays of 7 days by blocking off 2 weeks. Please contact me for details.

2025 Daytona Beach Shores Vacation

The condo was everything they described & more. It was the perfect amount of space for 5 of us. It had many extras like a cooler & beach chairs that we really appreciated considering we flew in & couldn’t bring large items like that. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

This was the nicest, best equipped condo we have ever stayed in! The condo was very large, comfortable, quiet, clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and worked great for our thanksgiving dinner. The view of the ocean was unmatched and the pool area and beach were nice and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall it was a great stay!

Amazing Condo

Lovely, well maintained and clean condo. Beautiful ocean front with a large balcony. Comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook everyday meals. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful ocean front condo

The condo was gorgeous and everything felt brand new. The balcony was large and provided wonderful views of the ocean. Kitchen was well appointed and made meal prep easy. Due to last winter’s hurricane the pool was not available however our host Todd communicated that early to us in the process so was no surprises. Cannot wait to go back.

Awesome rental experience

This was one of the best rentals. It is everything and more as described. We truly enjoyed our stay. Todd was very helpful and his helpful binder about the condo was great. Great area close to Daytona Speedway but away from all the business. Great views from balcony and we even got to see dolphins swimming by. You will not be disappointed! We definitely will return! Thanks Todd we give you 5 plus stars.

Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

After a VERY stressful several months, this place was EXACTLY what my family needed. This wasn't just a rental, this place had a welcome home vibe to it. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and the actual condo was nothing but the same. Practically everything you needed for your vacation was there. If you are concerned about a drivable beach, leave the worries behind. There is planty of beach for for all. And drivable beach means the ice cream truck comes by for you, and the kiddos to enjoy! That was a delight! The pictures of this condo just simply DO NOT capture how nice, and roomy this place is. I would recommend this place, without question.

Overall, we were pleased with the property, However, there were no outside pools, or Beach access at the condo (You have to walk at least a block to get access) due to the Hurricane last year. This should have been communicated in advance. There was also construction going on right outside the condo every day during the week. Had this been communicated up front we might have chosen a different location.

Great experience!!

Usually, we stay at the Nautilus Inn (wife has an attachment to this hotel), but due to being booked we decided to book a condo which was the best decision we could have made. Todd was great! He was very responsive and detailed in the explanation of the condo's amenities and the condition of the property after the storms. The condo itself was immaculate! The view was great, everything was fully furnished to cover all our needs. The indoor pool was enjoyed by the kids while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. Yes, the beach has changed, and there is a slight walk, but well worth it! As usual, Daytona Beach did not disappoint! The only downside ( which we found a workaround) was that the tides were much higher than before the storms. What I would suggest is to keep an eye on what time high tide is and plan your beach day around the tide. Then, if you keep an eye on the local webcam, you may be able to venture up to Ormond Beach or down to New Smyrna Beach to enjoy your day. There's also grocery stores and plenty of places to eat very close!! We have already begun discussing our trip for 2024, and we hope to book with Todd again!

We have been renting (and enjoying!) our condos in Hawaii for more than 10 years but, looking for a warm place in our own time zone, we purchased this great unit in 2022.

We love the spaciousness, large enough for family, the friendly and quiet ambiance of the property, and of course, the location right on the beach! Daytona Beach Shores is a residential neighborhood of homes and condos a few miles south of downtown Daytona Beach, close to the action but in a quieter location. We love to share our home away from home with others!
