"Ameglia Tiny House" is a small detached holiday home on two floors with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and an outdoor space with spectacular views of the old town and the Apuan Alps.

Situated in Ameglia, in the Park Montemarcello-Magra border between Liguria and Tuscany, a few steps away from the Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets and the Versilia. Countless activities' tourist sea, mountain and river will make your holiday unforgettable.

From the main entrance you enter the living area, with fully equipped kitchen, cookware and accessories, a large table in natural pine and a LCD TV with integrated DVD player. The upper floor is reached by a spiral staircase, but there is also convenient access independent outside. Here you will find the master bedroom with a container on which a mattress hypoallergenic fabric covered aloe vera, a second LCD TV and bathroom with toilet and shower. Front of the house a small outdoor space offers an exceptional view overlooking the old town and the Apuan Alps as well as a growing local herbs to give more flavor to your kitchen.


Just 30 meters from the house there are many free car parking.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casetta di Ameglia. The house was equipped with all the things we needed. Nice bed. Good shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to different beaches and a small distance from the Cinque Terre. 5/5 Would recommend.

Individual little house

We had a really wonderful time in this tiny independent house. The views on one side in direction to Apennin und on the other side to the old middle age village is extraordinary - especially with full moon! We appreciated very much the two natural beaches which were well indicated not very far from the house. The equipment of the kitchen was perfect to cook good meals and also herbal tea with herbs of the garden.

We hebben enorm genoten van de locatie en omgeving. Ameglia is een uiterst charmant en oud dorpje. Ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan o.a. Cinque Terre en Lucca. Het apartment is klein maar volstaat en heeft alles wat het nodig heeft. Overdag kan het flink warm worden maar gelukkig koelt het 's avonds voldoende af. Onze vriendelijke gastvrouw hebben wij verder niet ontmoet maar zij reageerde uitermate snel op berichtjes/vragen van ons

Gemütliche, kleine Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht und Lage

Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass die Wohnung so klein ist und die Raumaufteilung war eher unpraktisch. Aber daran hat man sich schnell gewöhnt und die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er war stets erreichbar. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist sehr gut, auch Parkplätze findet man in der Umgebung immer. Letztendlich passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Gemütliche, kleine Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ameglia ist ein schöner Ort mit allen wichtigen Geschäften (Lebensmittelmarkt, tolle Eisdiele), die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der Blick auf das Schloss (in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar) ist traumhaft. Die nächste Bademöglichkeit ist in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen (Bocca di magra). Dort ist abends auch noch sehr viel geboten. Leider haben unsere Vorgänger die Küchenutensilien (Pfannen, Besteck,...) nicht sauber hinterlassen. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war sehr unkompliziert. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell und umfangreich (mit Fotos) geantwortet. Ein Hinweis: Das Treppenhaus und das Bad sind wirklich klein, für sehr große Menschen evtl. ungeeignet. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer guten Lage!

Ich war 5 Tage mit meiner Freundin dort. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen und Problemen war er schnell zu erreichen und konnte direkt weiterhelfen. Das Ferienhaus ist klein aber sehr schön. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Abends hat man seine Ruhe und Tags über hat alle Möglichkeiten. Zu einem öffentlichen Strand fährt man 10min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Lidl und andere Supermärkte auch innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Ameglia ist ein schönes Dorf und die Aussicht von der Ferienwohnung ebenfalls sehr schön. La spezia eine schöne Stadt auch um die Ecke. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

La casina di Ameglia è veramente molto accogliente e particolare. La sua posizione è strategica sia per il mare sia per le passeggiate. Ci siamo innamorati del borgo di Ameglia, lo consigliamo. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile. La consigliamo.

La casa è davvero molto carina! Esattamente come ce l'aspettavamo e in linea con la descrizione. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, casa in ordine e super accessoriata adatta ad una coppia. Ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiate visti i molti sentieri nelle vicinanze. La consiglio!
