In 2019, the apartment has been completely redone on the mountain theme,
in the image of the residence, but with contemporary equipment.

You will feel at home!

Ski locker

The apartment is 150m from the Eclose gondola: which connects you to one side, in 2 minutes, in the center of the resort and the other, in 3 minutes, to the French Ski School and in the center shepherds.

The district of Eclose is very pleasant with its shopping center: supermarket, catering / local products, bar / press / bread, restaurants, sports shops & rentals of various equipment ski-bikes, laundry, ESF / sale packages / pass Alpe Express, maintenance and repair company, nursery, etc ...
A large free parking 200m, a smaller 50m and a deposit of 4 places (15 minutes with disc) at the entrance of the Residence!

Palais des sports 10 minutes away: swimming pool, tennis, climbing, cinema, bowling alley, racing circuit, ...

Downtown of the resort 12 minutes walk: restaurants, bars including the mythical "Sporting", ice rink, nursery ...

Possibilities: cross-country skiing, snow biking, snowshoeing, paragliding, snowmobile rental ...

Appartement fabuleux et hyper fonctionnel. Très propre et décoré avec goût. Rien ne manque, ni les petites attentions de sa propriétaire, aux petits soins pour que le séjour soit agréable. Merci également à Arnaud qui veille sur ce lieu avec le plus grand soin. Proche des remontées mécaniques, des commerces, du centre ville et de toutes les commodités liées aux activités d'hiver

belles vacances

Nous avons passez une excellente semaine, l'appartement correspond aux photos. Il est petit pour une famille de 5 avec 3 ados mais très bien agencé avec plein de rangements. La propriétaire est au petit soin avec ses locataires. Je recommande. Tout proche de l'Alpe express, de l'appartement à l'ESF ski au pied, on mettait 20 min (matériel dans le casier).

Location en tout point conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Emplacement très bien situé pour visiter la l'Alpe d'Huez . L'appartement est pratique et simple, la literie est bonne, le quartier est très calme et la résidence est quasi neuve. Sylvie est très agréable dans la communication et les échanges. Merci Sylvie !

Unterkunft zum Rennradfahren

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Da wird es tatsächlich sehr eng. Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Alles ist vorhanden: Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank... Der Ausblick ist tatsächlich top! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig, da der Vermieter nicht vor Ort ist, sondern über einen Concierge vertreten ist.. unsere französisch Kenntnisse und seine Englisch Kenntnisse waren sehr überschaubar, daher etwas kompliziert... Als Ausgangspunkt zum Rennradfahren traumhaft. Viele legendäre Tour-Pässe in nächster Umgebung.

Prima appartement voor een actief verblijft

Prima geregeld. Kort voor aankomst nog gebeld door verhuurder om in het Engels de aankomst af te stemmen. Vriendelijke verhuurder. Ter plaatse wordt de aankomst behandeld door de conciërge van het complex. Prima gereheld!

Appartement chaleureux à l'Alpe d'huez

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l'appartement de Sylvie . L'appartement est propre, parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût, très bien situé dans la station et a une vue incroyable sur la vallée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et la communication a été très agréable avec Sylvie. Bref nous recommandons ce logement , vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.
