My spouse and I stayed in this wonderful condo for ten day's at Christmas. This Place Had Everything We Needed PLUS A Washer AND Dryer. We were able to pack light.
Very quiet and the private pool was so refreshing. We shall return for sure!
The place was clean and well located. There was everything we needed and the pool was really private - no one else used it during our 2weeks stay.
Great restaurants and delis near by. No need for a car.
Ed was very helpfull and it was easy to get in contact with him even tho he was not in the island during our stay.

Reasonable rates for our budget...But oh so comfortable...Very easy to spend several weeks in this space without feeling cramped...thanks to roomy balcony overlooking pool and garden. And kitchen facilities so we could relax and enjoy some home cooking..this was our second visit and it feels like our own little cottage...Heading back next year for 3 weeks. our host, Ed , couldn't do enough, from grocery and wine shopping to tourist guide, he made us feel very at home....HIGHLY. RECOMMENDED by us....and the Island itself is amazing, relaxed and so very safe...W e enjoy our iceberg views up here in Newfoundland BUT. We are soon very sold on St. Maartin
At this price, there must be something wrong with it right? There must be. I kept telling myself this with little hope that we'd be staying in a good place for two weeks. "it's all I could afford, I'm so sorry" I kept saying to my fiance as we took a taxi there. Ed met us late at night after a long day of flying to let us in. WOW. This place is exactly as described. For a studio, it was quite roomy and the kitchen area was perfect for a budget friendly vacation where you could cook some meals at home. Not only am I going back to this condo next year, I'm bringing friends. What a steal. Better book it before they fill up!
Note: It is an uphill and exhausting walk to get to the nearest bus stop so a rented car might be preferred..... unless you want to work on your calves (I had calves of steel by the time we left).
Unit was exactly as described. Spacious enough for myself and wife. The private pool was a nice benefit in the early evening. We managed to cook a complete meal several days with some juggling as space for cooking was limited but I managed. While the wife slept. Ed was a great help. Took us shopping for groceries on our arrival and was there for any information we required about the island. Enjoyed our walk down to the Greenhouse where the food was good and reasonable. Beer $3.75. A bit pricey but a nice view and location and just a short walk. Property was clean and maintained every morning bright and early.There was a barbeque provided but we did utilize it. I am not a barbequing person even at home. We definitely would recommend this unit to friends and family and even people we aren't fond of being around...lol. Considering a return in the spring as the value was great
We really enjoyed our two & a half weeks at this property. It had everything we needed and more. Ed, the owner, is a super guy and makes sure all is well with your stay.
As others have said, the unit is just as it is described. The bed is comfy, air conditioner works well, great ceiling fan, washer/dryer, safe, nice size refrigerator-everything as listed in the ad.
We loved the location as many good restaurants are nearby. You could walk to many, though we are lazy and always used our car.

Pelican Key Estates is an exclusive area of million dollar homes located in a cul-de-sac on Billy Folly Road. Our location is safe and private - yet centrally located. Walk to Restaurants/Bars (The Hideaway, Toppers By The Sea, The Red Piano, Hollywood Cafe, The Stone Restaurant, Buccaneer Beach Bar, Green House Cafe, etc.), food/deli shops, shopping, spa, health food store, ATM/banking, casinos, beaches, water sports, ferry, boat trips, island tours, Pelican/Flamingo/La Vista Resorts, and much more. We are only 3 miles from the airport, and very close to some of the Island's best nightlife and beaches. Our sea beach is only 100 meters away!
