Apartment at the foot of the slopes, near the Caboche. Located in a luxury residence of two floors with caretaker, this apartment of about 50m2 offers an equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge, a living room with two beds opening onto a terrace not overlooked, facing south , as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom and separate WC. Many closets, ski closet, private laundry with washing machine and dryer, secure parking in the basement. Sauna and games room in the residence.
Possibility to rent an independent bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom and a balcony located on the same landing.

An Excellent Stay Supported by Wonderful Family Owners

My daughter and I returned to Megeve area after a four year absence. When I booked through VRBO, the property owner was truly responsive and forgiving of my broken French in making sure my time at the apartment was great. The owner and his wife were even more accommodating when my plans changed and delayed by one day my arrival. The apartment is EXACTLY as advertised; big enough for a couple and a child/teenager. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment needed to eat in if needed. Includes a Raclette machine! And requisite stove top, oven, and dishwasher. Linens not included but can be “rented” in advance. The apartment is literally 200 yards from Caboche and, if the snow is good, a 30 yard walk from a drag lift. Car is a must to access city restaurants or a reliance on taxi or day time buses. Owner maintains parking spot in garage. And has separate ski room for storage. The experience was truly wonderful even when the snow was no good. It was made even more so by such a committed and supportive owner family.

superbe appartement au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans l'appartement. Tout est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, et confortable. La terrasse exposée sud est un véritable bonheur pour se reposer au soleil ou déjeuner. L'accès aux pistes est parfait, grâce à la remontée "tour". Le parking est facile d'accès, comme le local à ski. Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement .
