Sa Torre is a sunny and cozy apartment just a few minutes from the beach of Port de Sóller. It features a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to a balcony offering lovely views, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).

Located on the second floor of a residential complex, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and very close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, public transport, and more.

The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, and free Wi-Fi.

No bikes permitted inside the apartment.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.

For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.

Beautiful stay in a wonderful location!

Perfect base to explore the best of Mallorca

The property is very well equipped and in a perfect position to enjoy the most beautiful part of the island. We are regular visitors and would certainly like to stay in this property again.

First class experience at a first class property

We can't speak highly enough of this property or the letting agency. Well in advance of our stay, we were provided with everything we needed as regards information, directions and even suggestions for local restaurants. As regards location, the property itself could hardly have been closer to the beach and local amenities. As regards facilities in the property, all needs were catered for and the property itself is beautifully laid out and furnished. This was a memorable stay in a memorable property in a memorable location. Thank you.

No problems at all. For got to mention that the apartment door lock was sometimes tricky. Had to pull the door to get the lock to open. Lovely place. Will stay again.

Good property not very stylish but great location and spacious. Loo in en-suite bathroom not working properly and had to fix myself! Shelf in kitchen cupboard collapsed in the night!

Lovely apartment in a perfect location.

This was my 4th visit to the apartment and, hopefully, many more to come. Positioned a very short walk from the beach and all the restaurants, bars and shops it couldn’t be in a better position. The road below has restricted access so there isn’t any traffic noise and the area is peaceful and quiet. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a utility area with a washing machine. A comfortable lounge diner with two big sofas and large dining table make this a great apartment for a family. There is even a TV with UK channels, not usually one of my top requirements, but with the Euros on during my stay I did watch more than usual! It was very hot during my stay and the air conditioning in the lounge and the bedrooms was very pleasant relief in the evenings. Two large well equipped shower rooms complete the facilities. I’m already planning next year’s visit.

Fabulous holiday, great apartment.

This was my third stay at this property, so you can guess I like it. It is located very close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars and beach side facilities. I have a slight walking difficulty so this is important to me when booking a holiday. The property is located on the 2nd floor but there is a lift, although there are a few steps (approximately 6) to reach the lift, not a problem for me. The apartment is very well equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge diner, essential as I stayed during the recent heatwave. The kitchen is also very well equipped and would well serve a family who wished to self cater. Personally I prefer to eat out so I have not used the kitchen facilities. I did however, make use of the washing machine as I was staying for 11 days and I do like to travel light. There is also a TV which receives UK channels but I was out and about every day so this was not used very often. I did use it to listen to UK radio on some mornings and also I watched the British F1 Grand Prix, being an F1 fan. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable and has its own en suite with an excellent shower. Plenty of storage and good supply of towels. The property doesn’t have its own parking but there is a large pay car park right opposite, however, when I stayed in early July the car park filled up very quickly. Overnight there was plenty of space and I believe it’s free after 7pm but do check the signs. I love Port Soller and I will be back.

Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment.

My wife and I know this area very well having visited over many years, but we needed a new apartment in which to stay as our usual choice is no longer available. This 3 bedroom, bright, clean and well equipped property fitted the bill. It has excellent facilities including two recently re-fitted bathrooms, large rooms, a well equipped kitchen, free wifi and, should you feel the need, full UK television. Just one minor point: my wife has mobility issues which means she uses a wheeled frame to help her walk. The apartment is advertised with handicap access and there is a very good lift to the 2nd floor apartment. But there are about 6 steps to get to the lift from the entrance door. It was not a problem for us as with my help she is able to walk up the steps and the walking frame is light enough to carry to the lift, just a little point to note if you are not able to walk up steps. Transport connections are very good with the local bus stop in the large spacious car park opposite and the famous Soller tram stop just a short level walk down the road. We had a hire car and had no problem finding a space and, as a bonus, the parking attendant told us we could park for free using our UK blue badge in an appropriate space. However, I should say this is pre Brexit, if and when Brexit happens who knows! The apartment is very close to the sea and all the bars/restaurants along the front but still far enough away to remain quiet. Finally, the property manager was extremely helpful and efficient with prompt responses to our messages and excellent information and support. We certainly will return.

Die Zimmer der Ferienwohnung waren groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber gewesen. Strandblick hat man allerdings nur von der Terasse seitlich. Gegenüber befindet sich ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz. Von den hinteren Zimmern aus schaut man direkt auf eine Mauer. Im Haus befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich bei der Kommunikation. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt gewesen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem drum und dran

Die Wohnung war super! Sie war schön groß und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag und Strand Besuch benötigt. Einzig das shampoo hat im Bad noch gefehlt, aber ansonsten war wirklich alles da.Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen

De belles courtes vacances

Endroit tres agréable a 5mns à pieds de la plage du port. Appartement très pratique, bien aménagé, propre et avec tout le necessaire. Facile d'accès. Parking en face mais payant. Seul hic agence non disponible sur toute la duree de notre sejour (5 nuits à Pâques. Nous avons eu un peu fraoid la nuit. Il manquait de courmvertures en cette periode de l'année. Nous recommandons l'appartement.
