Our beautifully rebuilt home offers one-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, bay front living with one acre of private space, plenty of parking and a 300ft. lighted pier with a fish cleaning station. Bring your own poles because you WILL want to wet a line. Amazing sunrises and sunsets with breathtaking views of Copano Bay will be all yours to enjoy! Winter Texans Welcome December through February with deep discount!

End of Summer family weekend vacation!

Annual Duck Hunting Trip

Great place for our family and friends to gather for our annual duck hunting trip. This property has a great layout and worked well for our group. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely quiet Spot

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is beautiful and clean with plenty of sleeping space. The pier is very long and for the unexpected surprise of seeing dolphins come up to the pier almost in touching distance. Great location and the host has great communication.

Family getaway after graduation.

Enjoyed the private lighted fishing pier. Property is close to town for dining or shopping. House is more than spacious for six adults including 2 high school graduates.

Relaxing Getaway

House was very clean. Well maintained. Sunsets were beautiful. Lots of great pictures. Pier and fishing was excellent. Beds were nice and comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay. Plan on returning again.

Great Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house, caught lots of fish off the pier and loved vacationing on the water. Everything was quiet, clean, and despite riding out a tropical storm, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The host even checked in on us multiple times in the storm and was extremely kind and helpful. Out of multiple houses we have stayed in Rockport, this is our favorite and we will definitely be back.

Copano Bay vacation

House was awesome. Even better than what was expected from the pictures. We caught several baby sharks from the pier. Fishing was great from the pier. We will absolutely look into staying here again. House was spacious

Unfortunately hurricane Beryl kept us away from Rockport, but we will definitely be back next year. The owners were great to deal with as far as communication.

It was a great stay as always, the convenience to move get around Rockport and surrounding areas combined with the cleanliness of the house makes for a perfect stay.
