Renovated 110m2 house located 50m from the coastal path in quiet area. Beaches and trade on foot. The house is composed of:
A big room of life with equipped kitchen, TOILET, room of water and sofa bed, a big terrace and closed garden, all displayed south. Court that can accommodate several vehicles.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with double beds, dressing area that can accommodate an extra single bed, toilet and bathroom.
Nearby: chemin des douaniers (GR34), beaches and nautical activities, tarnished fields, shops, cinema, casino, restaurants, bars and discotheque, markets (Monday at the port and Friday casino side), golf at 7km ...
Many activities during the summer: free concerts, guided tours, trips to the sea, sports activities ...).

Excellent séjour

Maison implantée dans un quartier très calme, à proximité des plages et du centre ville. La maison est spacieuse, accueillante, très confortable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour. Elle était d'une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Laura est une propriétaire très à l'écoute, accueillante, soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Elle s'est montrée très disponible et très réactive. Il a été très facile et très agréable d'échanger avec elle.

Idéalement situé

Nous avons adoré saint quay portrieux station balnéaire familiale et tranquille, avec ses plages et ses commerces à proximité. La maison est très grande et située tout près du GR34 qui longe la côte du Goëlo dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour.

Erster Eindruck: Im ganzen Haus riecht es unangenehm muffig "nach Chemikalien", vielleicht nach Mottenkugeln. Zweiter Eindruck: die Türklinke am zentralen Raum ist defekt. Dritter Eindruck: Schränke in den Schlafzimmern sind rar. Die Lage und die Stadt sind gut.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement. En revanche, je suis sincèrement navrée que la maison ne vous ai pas donné entière satisfaction. Nous allons changer les produits ménagers que nous utilisons avec des parfums plus naturels et discrets. Pour la porte, nous avons fait le choix de la conserver car elle est ancienne et fait partie du charme de cette vieille bâtisse, malgré une poignée un peu capricieuse. Nous allons cependant voir si nous pouvons l’améliorer. Pour ce qui est des rangements dans les chambres, nous en ajouterons. Je vous remercie pour votre point de vue. Celui-ci me permettra de proposer un meilleur service à l’avenir.
