Summary:
Located in the heart of Nice this beautiful, tasted decorated and completely renovated, very quiet and sunny apartment is walking distance from the Old Town, the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, the Farmers Market on Cours Saleya and the Nice Acropolis Convention Center.

The apartment:
The apartment is a little gem filled up with sunshine from morning until dusk. Situated in an ideal quiet street in the heart of the city, the typical Nice building has a garden for the residents where you can park your car or just enjoy the morning light and the variety of plants that inhabit there.

The apartment is suitable for friends, 2 couples or a family. It can accommodate up to 4 people with a king size bed in the master room and a huge sofa bed in the spacious living area. A sliding door separates the living room from the other loft areas, giving all the full privacy the guests need.
Both rooms are equipped with big screens tv where Nexflix is included. The motorized roller shutters are meant to ensure intimacy and a good night of sleep before embracing the stunning morning light that peers from the balcony. All the guests have access to the balcony and its amazing overall city view from their individual rooms.
The master room comes with a library full of dvds and Japanese mangas.
For those who like to work out or want to do some fitness, it also comes with a brand new elliptical bike!
There is plenty of space in both rooms to store your luggage and your clothes.

The kitchen is fully furnished to ensure delicious French meals picked up at Old Town Farmers Market and the spacious bathroom has a shower and a bath tub where you can relax after a delightful day at the beach, a trip to Eze Village, Antibes and Cannes, or a meeting at the Acropolis Convention Center. While you're in Nice for vacations or for work, this apartment suits all your needs and requests!

The apartment is walking distance from everything and situated at the beginning of the most elegant, safe and green neighborhood in Nice: Cimiez.

Everything in the apartment is functional. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and the all-in-one laundry room also works as dryer. Towels and linens are provided.

Air conditioning and heat are located in both rooms in order to make your stay comfortable during summers or when the weather gets colder.

Access to the apartment:
At your arrival, you will be welcomed by myself, my friend Nas, or her husband Ban.
We will assure you a smooth welcome to the apartment in my absence.
We'll also be the ones doing the check-out, and the professional household and laundry cleaning. We'll be at your disposal if you have any questions or concerns.

You can contact me if you’re interested by long stays between September and April, a bigger discount can be applied depending on the stay length.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but allowed in the balcony and in the indoor patio reachable from the kitchen.

The apartment is in the 4th floor without elevator, there is a back entry allows you to arrive directly at the 3rd floor, for you to climb only one floor, especially if you have heavy suitcases.

In order to turn on the living-room TV, you just need to use the Samsung remote which will give you access to YouTube, Netflix with an account guest airbnb, etc ...
If you want to watch TV channels, you’ll need to put HDMI1 as source and turn on the little black TV / internet box with the smaller black remote.

In order to turn on the bedroom TV, you just need to use the remote Samsung (for TV channels and YouTube, Netflix, etc ...), the other remote is for the DVD player on top of the TV. There are numerous DVD’s at your disposal in the bedroom in a lot of different kind.

Transportation:
From the airport you’ll need to take the bus 98 until the terminus "promenade des arts" which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The ticket for this direct bus line from the airport is 6 €.
If you take an uber, it will be approximately 20 €.

Car: exit Cimiez on the freeway (called “expressway”)

Train: the train station Nice Ville and Nice Riquier are less than 20 minutes by foot.
You can also reach the train station by tramway (Garibaldi stop) or bus 4, 17.

Tram: stop "Garibaldi", 5 minutes walk from the apartment

Bus lines from the apartment: 4, 15, 22, C, CE, N2, N3, N4, N5 (2 minutes walk from the apartment, you can use the app ligne d azur to check the schedules)
