Recently renovated 1 BR/1BA condo located within 10-15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and very close to campus and downtown Athens. Off street parking (very unusual for being this close to campus). Spacious, clean and quiet, with our unit 100% available to you during your stay. Includes fully-equipped modern kitchen and new bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeps four with king bed in spacious bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Includes fast wireless internet and large flat screen television in living room with free streaming tv services (including YouTube TV and Netflix). Also available during your stay is a stackable washer/dryer. First floor condo has back porch overlooking secluded grass lawn area - very quiet, but still close to everything Athens!

Homey condo in great location

The condo was exactly as advertised and has a lot of extra touches that made us feel welcome. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking during our stay. The location can't be beat! Ken and April were very helpful and responsive.

Quick UGA trip

We stayed here for 3 nights while moving our daughter to UGA. The condo was so convenient to campus in quiet apartment complex. The place was perfect for us! It was so clean and the bed slept amazing! Will definitely stay here again. Go Dawgs!

Great location to UGA & Historic District

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great! We could walk to UGA and the surrounding historic district, which as lined with trees and charming houses. The property was well laid out with everything you need in the kitchen and bath. It was updated with nice finishes and the bed and living area are very comfortable. The grassy area in the rear was great for our pup! We'll definitely stay here again!

Cute modern condo close to campus

We stayed in this cute, updated condo for parents weekend for our daughters sorority. Condo is in a great location within walking distance to campus, restaurants and most sorority/frat houses. It was very clean, comfy bed, washer/dryer and kitchen utensils(pots/pans/dishes etc). Ken was easy to work with and responded very timely. Would definitely stay here again.

Acerca del anfitrión

Anfitrión: Ken and April Jones

We are Ken and April and both graduated from UGA and are Georgia natives. We live in Jacksonville, FL now, but get back to Athens as much as we can. Our oldest son graduated from UGA Law School and is currently practicing law in Atlanta. Our daughter graduated from Savannah College of Art and design (SCAD) and currently lives in Atlanta. Our youngest son is a student at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. As Georgia natives, Ken grew up in Columbus before moving to Atlanta and April was born and raised in Savannah. We met at UGA and have been happily married for 38 years and counting.

Our condo is a hidden gem that sits in a quiet setting while being extremely close to campus and downtown. It is a great place for football weekends or other UGA activities. The kitchen and bathroom are newly updated as well as addition of hardwood floors - making our unit one of the nicest in the complex.
