It’s a college town neighborhood, but quieter than expected. 10 uber ride to and from downtown. It was too hot to walk. Price was great for a game weekend. It is not fancy, but a good value. There is a small studio type apartment attached to the house that I first thought a little strange, but didn’t affect us at all. I liked that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. I would stay there again.
