La casa se encuentra en Lakeport al final de un punto rodeado de agua con uno de los lugares más deseables en Clearlake

Everything was great and the property far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful views from the top floor. The kids had a blast swimming. We had a boat at the dock and they loved all of the water sports. Fabulous family time together. Host was very responsive and provided helpful advice. The midget flys were in season but it didn’t stop our fun. You will not regret booking this property.

Couldn't have been more perfect. Lots of outdoor space for little ones to play. Great dock for fishing and water toys. Indoor game room fun.Three families with plenty of gathering and private areas. Spacious kitchen will stocked extra frig in garage. The nature was amazing, swans, geese, birds, otter and much more don't forget your binoculars.Not so good for elderly if any mobility issues steps are steep.Host Michael very responsive nice to work with. Already looking at dates for next year.

Something For Everyone

Location couldn't be beat. We actually viewed THREE fireworks displays at once. My family stayed for seven days. We had two boats, and with the pool table, foosball, ping pong and hot tub, we had more than enough to keep everyone happy. Absolutely loved it.

Epic Baseball Draft Weekend!!

Our large group of baseball fantasy league nerds had the greatest weekend at this house! Perfect for BBQing, lounging, fishing and boozing the day away! Michael the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, and even went out of his way to look for and then ship a lost item left by one friend who had too much fun and left something behind. Thank you Michael—we can’t wait for next year!!

Great Lake House

This house is equipped with everything! Instructions are clear, there is plenty of space for large groups, and the yard is to die for. We didn't get to use the hot tub but the view on the lake plus a hot tub seems dreamy. Overall would stay again!

SUPER Bowl weekend

Getting in the property couldn't have been easier. Once inside we loved everything about the house. It was the last house on the lane and was right up against Clear Lake itself,, with it's own boat (fishing) dock. All of the bedrooms were nicely appointed with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The Great room had views of the lake that were beautiful. There were games to play and plenty of comfortable seating to watch the Super Bowl. The kitchen was large enough that you did not feel crowded if more that three or four people were in there. it was stuffed with enough plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, and anything else you would ever need to feed the masses. The downstairs had a fun game room with pool table, foosball , a bar and another large screen tv.There were lots of activities to do close to the house for short day exploring such as hiking, fishing, gambling, antique shopping,and sightseeing.This is a first class house that deserves a 5 star rating and I gladly award it.

Enjoy the sunrise and moonlit waters!

This property exceeded our expectations! The description was spot-on, and the reality was even better. Our group of 11, including children and pet dog had an incredible time. The secluded location at the end of the road provided ultimate privacy.The views were breathtaking – stunning sunrises and the moon casting a magical glow on the lake at night. The host clearly anticipated the needs of a large group, with ample outdoor seating for up to 15 people. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor games, even playing badminton on the spacious front yard.The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. Everything was impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable in all rooms, ensuring a restful stay.The host was incredibly responsive and even granted us a late checkout. We were delighted to spot a variety of birds, including ducks, mallards, vultures, cranes, and swans, right outside the property.Overall, it was evident that the host put immense thought into every detail to ensure a fantastic vacation experience for their guests. We absolutely loved our stay!

Thanksgiving Weekend

It was perfect!! Inside was clean, kitchen had a great supply of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Nice size refrig, coffee pots. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, extra bedding, roll-away beds too. Plenty of patio chairs, yard was beautiful, and the view!! Grandson fished, we used hot tub, bbq one night. Loved the firepit!! We have nothing bad to say!! We did buy a propane tank for bbq.I had my entire family, we loved it, will book again.

Incredible Lakehouse

Fabulous lake house with so many ‘toys’. Kitchen is perfect for big group dinners with lots of cooks. We brought a boat and used their dock. Will think about returning for another getaway.

Amazing home! Great fishing spot

Our family stayed in this home for 4 days 3 nights. Amenities, location, and spacing was perfect. Best location for the fishermen and fisher boys in our family as they were able to get two trophy size catfish right off that dock. This is a wonderful spot to relax and make new memories!

The house is beautiful

The house is clean, spacious, and the view is very impressive! The lake with birds, ducks and swans, everything is so gorgeous and peaceful. My family and some close friends stayed there for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house has a pool table, a pingpang table and many other games/entertainments. We had great time there!

When we first arrived we were immediately greeted by the beautiful lake views. The house is great. Very clean and tidy. Spacious and has great amenities. Our entire group enjoyed their stay and will definitely be back again soon!

Perfect house by the lake

It's the best when you plan a family vacation and end up at a place that is set up perfectly for a family vacation. Great home, PERFECT spot on the lake. Incredible wildlife from otters to baby birds. The home is so comfortable and had everything we needed to rest, cook, relax, play games, spend time outside, watch movies, and enjoy water sports. Loved having the dock, we rented boats a few days and could pull up to the house, load up, then offload everyone at the end of the day. Host was super responsive and communicative. Absolutely the best spot on Clear Lake. Really fun for the 4th too, we could see the fireworks at all the different spots on the lake. Highly recommended!

Look no further

The house is as great as it looks online and there are so many activities available to keep everyone entertained, from a pool table to a ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, hot tub, cable TV and kayak. The dock is great.and the location, on the end of a little peninsula, is great for wildlife watching. Fisherman quietly glide by each day in search of bass, and there are resident egrets and nesting swans you can watch from the deck. A great Clearlake vacation location for our 3-generation family get-together.

I grew up in Virginia and moved to California in 1995. Lived in San Diego for the first few years and then made my way up to the Bay area. It's beautiful here and I couldn't be happier! The best memories of my childhood were are annual vacations in Nags Head North Carolina where we would rent a home to share with relatives and friends. I guess thats why I try to make sure all of the guests that stay at are home have the same experience and memories as I did growing up.

I had been looking for a Vacation rental for over 2 years before I came across this property in 2005. I had never been to Clearlake before purchasing the home, but I knew as soon as I saw the location and potential it had that this was exactly what I had been looking for! I made an offer that day and it has been a vacation rental ever since. I knew Lakeport was a wonderful town with friendly people and a great sense of community! It was also a short drive from the Bay Area and Sacramento. We added an additional 1500 square ft to make it ideal for extended families and groups of friends. We take great pride in the home and are always maintaining and adding new things to make it as comfortable as possible for all of are guests!

The most unique quality of this home is the location where it sits, with unobstructed 300 degree Views and a feeling of seclusion. It's one of only a few peninsulas on the entire lake. It also gives you a sense privacy being that all of the surrounding homes are behind you. It feels like you are the only house on the lake. It also has a huge yard for outside activities and a beautiful preserved wetland area for nature. On the map Rocky Point is marked as being one of the best locations for catching bass!
