Frank & his group were excellent guests. Left the house very clean. The cleaners were very impressed & happy. She said 5 stars our of 5. We would welcome Frank back.

As you can see from all of my reviews on VRBO as well as Air Desiray's review is not founded. We are very clear up front that the house is not yet completed. It is fully functional but missing some items such as baseboard and a few door casings. We continue to make progress as time allows. Again check legit reviews. Our check in is 2:00. She asked if she could come early. I advised that the cleaners were working to be done by 1:00. They showed up at 1:00 and com I did check in with her mid stay and now she complains about overlapping with the cleaners. In addition they requested a late checkout which we will able to accommodate up to 2:00 PM She wrote this review after I have to keep her $500 cleaning deposit as she brought dog(s) and let them run throughout the house. I sent the following and then she wrote her erroneous review. "1.5 extra hours of cleaning due to dog hair through out the house including washing additional blankets due to dog hair. = $37.50 1 hour travel to laundromat and laundromat fees due to dog urinating on entry door rug = $35 labor + $10 washing fees = $35 Dry clean master bedroom comforter due to dog hair and smell. FYI this recently dry cleaned and put into service 4/19 =$50.95. In addition I will need to get this on my next trip to Lakeport-bring to San José- travel to dry cleaner-travel back to dry cleaner to pickup-return to Lakeport. Throw away and purchase new sheets in master bedroom due to dog feces or urination =$40" Contract with carpet cleaner to clean carpets due to dog hair and dander. FYI carpets were cleaned on 4/19 $351.50" the BBQ grille and grease pan were cleaned. It is possible that some grease inside the BBQ was not burned off. We have taken steps with our cleaner to inspect this as well going forward. the back deck is NOT shared by the neighbors. There is a fence dividing the properties. While the neighbors are home almost 24/7 they are rarely seen as they keep to themselves unless disturbed at late hours.

It was a pleasure meeting and hosting James and his family. The took great care of the house. We welcome them back anytime.

Linda & her group were GREAT guests. They left the house clean. Housekeeper gives them a 5 star rating. Good communication. We hope they chose Hermosa Clear Lake again. Would highly recommend them to all.
