A farmhouse in the countryside

Nice house in a protected area: Le Perche. Quiet place, away from traffic. A stream runs through the garden. There are also many equestrian centers nearby and many places to walk. A greenway, closed to motor vehicles, is located 150m from the house and you can walk, bike or horse on 60km. A large river, Huisne, borders the ground of 3ha; ideal for fishing (trout, shade) and swimming (shallow).

It is heated by a heat pump when the outside temperature is> 15 ° several days and nights in a row. We can not guarantee its temperature, which depends on the weather.

A small stream runs through the garden with 15 to 50cm of water depending on the place and the season. Children who are old enough to move on their own but not fully autonomous should be under the constant supervision of their parents when they are in the garden.
The garden is not hermetically fenced, so your pets are likely to sneak under the fences to go for a walk.
A large river borders the ground of 3ha. It is directly accessible to 60m from the house without fence.
The crib is shallow and may not be safe for babies who can stand up and be adventurous enough to tip over the ruff (see photo).
