Apartment which has just been renovated and fully equipped!
Village of Val Cenis Termignon (Val Cenis - Savoie ski area), at the entrance to the Vanoise National Park, on the route to the Mont-Cenis and Iseran passes.

The residence Les Balcons de la Vanoise is located at the foot of the ski slopes, toboggan and Piou Piou club, and close to the shops and services of the heart of the village of Termignon (tourist office, restaurants, bars, ski rental, bakery , cheese shop, convenience store, etc.)

Stayed for 10 days for a walking holiday. Very nice contact with owners. Clean appartment, beautiful surroundings. Termignon/Val Cenis is a perfect, central spot with walking possibilities in every direction.

Perfect Location, Stunning Views, and Exceptional Service

Excellent location, just a short walk to the main lift, with a stunning balcony view overlooking the village and river. The apartment comfortably accommodated four of us, and even at 6'5" (196 cm), I found the bunk beds surprisingly suitable. The building was peaceful and felt almost empty, with no morning queues for the ski lockers in the basement. The property manager was fantastic, providing helpful information about local amenities and quickly replacing a faulty toaster with no hassle. The owners were equally great easy to communicate with during the booking process and responsive to any queries while we were on holiday. Highly recommended!

Appartement pratique et très bien situé

Nous y avons séjourné à 5 ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants de 16-13 et 10 ans) Très agréable car tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de belles vacances en famille. Juste à côté des cours ESF, du télésiège, loueur de ski et 2 restaurants sur le front de neige appréciables avec le beau soleil que nous avons eu pour des verres et déjeuner en terrasse. Je recommande vivement !

L'emplacement est parfait au pied des pistes et l'école de ski. Le bémol est le canapé lit qui manque de fonctionnalité (impossible de laisser les draps pour refermer le canapé) et difficile de manger à 6 en même temps. Sinon parfait 😊.
