Very nice apartment type T2 of 45 m2 with terrace of 20 m2 - SOUTH exposure / sea overview - in a small secure residence of 24 apartments and located 2 minutes walk from the sea, the beaches of Juan les Pins and all amenities. The apartment has sleeping arrangements for 4/5 people, a shower room (walk-in shower) and a fully equipped kitchen + 1 parking space in the residence. Heated swimming pool available from April to October.
