Single storey house ideally located less than 1.5 km from the beach (nearest Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa a little further) and the lively streets of Albufeira (Strip). It is fully air conditioned (living room and bedrooms).
3 bedrooms, one with double bed and adjoining bathroom, one with 2 beds with separate bathroom, one with 2 beds and adjoining shower room.
Access to the third bedroom is from the outside (via the terrace).

The large living room and the outdoor terrace allow you to relax with family or friends. Wifi and television included.
The house, the terrace and the garden offer great privacy (very little overlooked). A removable pool barrier will be installed if you have young children.
The parking lot allows you to park 2 cars.
Balaia Golf village, 9 hole course at 1600m.
Faro Airport is 38 km away.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Non smoking house.

Included in the price: electricity consumption of 400kWh per week (beyond, billing per kWh at 20cts)

A copy of the identity documents is necessary, Portuguese law requires us to declare the occupants non-Portuguese.

The house must be made clean, dishes done, garbage cans emptied, no waste in the pool.
