Åtta tunnland trädbevuxen landsbygd med två sovrumsstuga. En queen size-säng i varje sovrum. Fullt kök med allt nödvändigt för matlagning, badrum med badkar / dusch och vardagsrum, med 2 dubbelsängar i vardagsrummet. Uppvärmning med elektriska golvvärmare håller hytten bekväm. Cozy cabin near hill country attractions!

We loved staying in this cozy cabin—greatly enjoyed comfortable beds and coffee on the porch, plus it was perfect for our visits to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock. Would stay again!

Cozy Country Quiet

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The home met our needs perfectly. The quiet time in the country was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the birds from the porch. We highly recommend staying here!!

Comfy country guest home

The place was well tended. We enjoyed the seclusion and peacefulness of it. The drive to Fredericksburg was not bad.

The cottage was very clean and was perfect for the two of us. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The birds, deer and squirrels we fun to watch. The host was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Jim and Irene are terrific hosts. Communication was great, as was the place itself. We loved being out of town, but close enough. Excellent base for a stay in the Hill Country!

Sweet & Rustic Weekend Getaway

Our group loved spending time out on the porch and near the fire pit. This rental was so cute and perfect for our weekend getaway! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and even stopped by to introduce themselves which I wasn't expecting but was so nice to be able to put a face to the lovely property.

The house was clean and well stocked. The property was absolutely beautiful. You could watch beautiful sunrises in the morning. Deer roam freely , and there is an abundance of birds. Close proximity to Franklin Main Street and Johnson City. Early enjoyed our time there.

Amazing place!

This place is out of the way. You can enjoy the city of Fredericksburg within minutes and retire for the night in a comfortable, peaceful cabin surrounded by huge shade trees and too many deer to count. We had fun and would definitely stay again while in the area! Jim is very attentive and friendly making sure our stay was amazing.

Cute place

The house was nice and clean with plenty of space for 4 adults. We came to Fredericksburg for a girls weekend and it was just perfect. Close enough to town to enjoy everything we wanted to see and far enough out to be quiet and peaceful. Thank you so much for the use of your charming little house.

Another wonderful stay!

Absolutely love staying here, this time I brought my daughter and we had a lovely, relaxing time! As always the home is spotless and well stocked with anything we would need. Quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do, and the time spent sipping wine and coffee while watching the hummingbirds was priceless! We will be back this fall:)

What a Gem!

Loved this place out in the country. The owners were very friendly and the peace and quiet was much needed. Perfect place for relaxing and catching up with our daughter. We will certainly be back !
