Really just a very nice house.

We were very pleased with the house. Everything was clean, new appliances, furniture in good shape, quiet neighborhood. We noted while there that a house like this one would be a nice choice as we look to ‘downsize.’ We would certainly want to stay here if we ever have a reason to visit Midland again.

This house was perfect for my family of 6. Location was ideal when it came to shopping, restaurants and groceries. Neighborhood was nice. Loved that the home was butted up to a par which was handy when myself and 4 boys needed fresh air and stretching of our legs. The home itself was simply but nicely decorated. Did not find myself needing anything or finding any issues. Check in was super easy, parking was spacious and I will definitely keep this home in mind for future rental option.

The homeowners had everything ready for guests! The beds were extremely comfortable! The place was clean! And all the kitchen essentials were available, esp the keurig! I need my coffee in the morning! I will definitely be staying if available on our next family adventure!

Where’s the paper?

Only partial rolls of TP and paper towels. If we needed to bring should have told us. Ice maker not working. Can’t turn lights off in master bedroom and still have the fan running. Other than this served our needs.

Ice maker is not Hooked up. Waiting on Plumber to get Lines ran. Electrician came and Fixed the wiring so good to go Now. Apologize for the Papers with back to back groups coming thru it can be difficult knowing what previous groups used or took. Hope your Stay and travels went well. Thanks for the information
