Vast prestigious property, 3 houses with 700 m² of living space, panoramic sea view
Superb recent Provencal master house offering very large volumes (900 m² of living space, 5500 m² of land) and a magical sea view. Upscale services, high ceilings.
A very large new pool, heated, was built on the back of the house, overlooking even more the Gulf of St Tropez: the panoramic view is breathtaking!
Note: the garden is not yet finalized (especially the path - sports car not recommended). Prices reduced accordingly.
The organization of this sumptuous villa allows both to share wonderful moments in multiple living spaces (TV lounge and home cinema, billiard, fireplace lounge, huge kitchen and shaded terrace with large tables for dinner and a large living room. garden) and to have independence in the evening! Indeed, 2 bedrooms are in the main house and 2 * 2 bedrooms in the 2 adjoining houses having themselves extra kitchens and lounges.
