Superb cottage very sunny, brand new, comfortable, (washing machine, dishes ..), beautiful large terrace with panoramic views of the Pyrenees, green area, private parking. Located in a small village at the foot of the Pyrenees Ariègeoises, in the heart of the Cathar country. 28 km from the first ski resort, 2 minutes walk from the Cathar trail. Activities nearby: hiking, climbing canyoning, tree climbing, lakes, prehistoric caves, museums, castles etc. Between Carcassonne and Toulouse, 1 hour from the Andorran border.

Accueil très agréable par Vincent. Le gîte est conforme à l’annonce et la vue de la terrasse extraordinaire. Le plus de ce gîte est le SPA dont nous avons bien profités.l’Ariege est un département à découvrir trop méconnu. Merci encore à Vincent pour son attention et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un agréable we. A une exception prés !!!!!! en effet à aucun moment il était stipulé sur le site que le spa était payant 25€ par utilisation !!!!!! rien que ça !!!!!! et le propriétaire c'est bien gardé de nous le dire à la remise des clés, mais nous a bien demandé le complément avant de partir!!!I Il a fait l'étonné et nous a fait croire qu'il n' était pas au courant du manque d'information sur le site Abritel. quenini..... car notre réservation date de plusieurs mois et d'autres personnes sont passées avant nous et ont dû avoir la même désagréable surprise. Un propriétaire compréhensif nous aurait fait grâce de ce complément !!!! Si nous avions su qu'il était question de payé pour l'utilisation nous n'y serions pas allé. ATTENTION A VOUS !!!!!!!!

Je suis un peu surpris de ce commentaire car lorsque j'ai fait visiter l'espace bien être j'ai bien signalé aux 4 clients que l'accès était payant, c'est aussi noté sur les documents mis à disposition avec le règlement intérieur. Si bien que lors de l'état des lieux au départ quand j'ai demandé la somme de 25€ (soit 6.25€/personne rien que çà) ils m'ont répondu qu'ils croyaient que je plaisantais lors de la visite!!!. Leur départ était prévu à 10h, M. Torressan m'a demandé de pouvoir rester jusqu'à 14h pour pouvoir se doucher et manger après la randonnée, ce que j'ai accepté gracieusement. Désolé M. Mariano, mais je ne peux pas faire cadeau de tout. Mise à part ça, les 3 personnes qui l'accompagnait, était très sympathiques et le logement a été laissé très propre.

Heerlijk genoten van het huis en het uitzicht op de bergen. Leuke omgeving met veel wandelroutes e.d., en na een lange wandeling lekker van de spa-mogelijkheden gebruik gemaakt. Heerlijk huis, top gelegen, fijn ontvangst door de gastheer.
