Heavenly Blue Features
- Large private pool with spa and the option to cover the sun shelf with the in-pool umbrella - can be heated for an additional fee for arrivals October through April. Pool and spa are heated to the same temperature

Welcome to Heavenly Blue! A private boutique resort experience in the popular WaterColor community. This home is overflowing with high-end amenities for a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. Newly refreshed, this designer luxury home is why you visit 30A and WaterColor!

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with appliances from Thermador, spacious dining area under artistic pendant lighting, and plush updated living room with room for your whole crew. There is also a Deluxe King Suite on the main floor, making traveling with the grandparents a breeze. The second floor includes another king suite, two queen guest suites and a bunk room with sleeping for 4 in two twin bunks.

The expansive fenced-in outdoor living space flows through the French doors of the living room to showcase a private pool, sun shelf and spa (pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee), outdoor dining area for 8, built-in natural gas grill, covered outdoor lounge with cushioned seating around a gas fire pit plus an outdoor TV, and landscaped yard. I guarantee you will spend most of your time out here! We provide the atmosphere, but you will need to bring your own poolside bartender.

Don't forget about complimentary use of a LSV (golf cart) available with your reservation (some restrictions). Travel to the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor with ease. Seasonal on-demand trolley service is also available for travel throughout WaterColor. The Dragonfly community pool is a short walk away, and shopping and dining options are close by at the WaterColor Crossings shopping center.

Beautiful property

This is a stunning home and has gorgeous furnishings and aesthetic. The pool was perfect for the kids and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our 2 families. The location is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the location as well as having a pool for the kids to use. The extra fee for the pool heating was well worth it seeing as we were there in December. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful spring break trip

The property is very nice - the pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in our group. The only small complaint I have is that the bikes that come with the property are essentially unusable - the chains kept coming off leading members of our party stuck walking them home and/or with grease all over their hands from attempting to fix. We ended up renting bikes from a local shop on our second day there as it became a huge hassle. Other than this, the house was a perfect retreat.

The owner also provided wonderful food, shopping and scenery recommendations during my stay. I highly recommend this property to couples, families or friends looking for a private, 5-star beach experience. Hope to be back soon!

Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location, is a double lot so tons of backyard space, and had a lot of rooms that accommodated our large party well. The outdoor area is especially nice and we spent most of our time out there. There are three porches/decks that allow for some privacy and early morning coffee. The golf cart and bikes allowed us to get into Seaside easily; Publix is right around the corner; and the house is situated in a quieter part of the neighborhood. Great house, can't wait to be back.

A frustrating experience

We had several issues with our stay, but the primary issue we experienced was with the response of the property management company, Exclusive 30a. It began with check in when after repeated calls & texts trying to obtain our Watercolor passes before 5pm check in, we learned that the AC unit on the second floor was broken and needed replaced. Things break all the time, but the response of the property manager was unacceptable. The range of responses we were told went from: the new unit could be replaced that same day to portable AC units being brought in, which lead to 3 units being delivered even though we were using 4 bedrooms upstairs, then commercial grade blowers when a 4th portable unit couldn’t be found. Other issues: a 3ftx4ft acrylic picture fell on my wife and I in the middle of the night while we were sleeping (it was installed with one screw into one drywall anchor). With new parking rules in 2024, it would have been nice to know this in the listing of the house, rather than finding out in an email two days before arrival. We wouldn’t have chose a house in this location if we knew the parking situation would be different from our previous stays in Watercolor. We will not return to this house again and will make sure our next Watercolor trip will be in a house not maintained by Exclusive 30a. On a positive note, the house has a wonderful outside area with the pool/spa, outdoor covered seating with TV, and grill island.

Inclusion of bikes and golf cart was great. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Our biggest disappointment was that you cannot arrange for the pool to be heated after April and it was absolutely frigid even at the end of May. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood and less than five minutes to Publix grocery. Short golf cart ride to beach, beach club, several shops and restaurants, boathouse, and beautiful cerulean Park. Definitely recommend

First let me say I would rent this house again in a heartbeat! The house is beautiful and set up PERFECT for a family. The pool and hot tub is one of the best I saw. The golf cart was a wonderful thing to have for transporting back and forth to the beach. My only comment for future guests would be to bring any special pans you might need for cooking...there were plenty of pots and cookie sheets, but there were no baking dishes. Really no big deal, we just bought disposable, but thought it might help someone in the future. Again, I HIGHLY recommend this house and hope to stay here again next year!

Home was very clean with updated furnishings. Pool was great. Overall we loved this place.Only minor issues were: The grill outside did not work properly, as only a 1/3 of the burners worked. We had a snafu with the golf cart because new homeowner locked the golf cart away, but the management company resolved it by the next morning. Lastly, not all the TV's had cable access, which wasn't that big of a deal as we rarely watched tv.Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property in the future. 30A is an area of the US that cannot be beat. We'll be back for sure.

Our only complaint is it would have been nice to see the house have more than one roll of toilet paper, paper towels and one trash bag. There were a few maitenance issues with the fans, TV, dishwasher, grill etc. but the management group was quick to respond.

A Beautiful, Quiet Spot in Watercolor

This is our fifth time staying on 30A and our third time in Watercolor. This home was absolutely stunning in every way from the decor, to the pool to location. Honestly, everything was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped, the baths had all necessary amenities and more, the patio and pool deck were great for relaxing after days at the beach. The house was extremely clean and left us feeling safe despite COVID concerns. It is so hard to find anything wrong with this property, but I do know that constructive feedback can be helpful, so I guess I would leave the following comments about the only minor issues we had: In the past, when we rented a house with a golf cart, it can be driven anywhere within the 30A area. However, it wasn't until a few days before check-in that we learned that this home's cart could not be driven outside Watercolor (not even to Seaside less than a mile away). The use of the cart was a significant factor in our decision to rent this house, so it would have been helpful to have this information at the time of booking. We also paid to heat the pool but found that the controls were a bit tricky. The pool never did get as warm as we hoped, but the spa heated up VERY quickly when we engaged the spa control, so it wasn't a major issue. We just alternated between the pool and spa when we got chilly. The final (very minor) complaint we had was with the bikes provided by LiveWell 30A for use with the house. They were in pretty bad disrepair (peeling handle covers, tires needed air, etc.). We bike A LOT while on vacation, so it would be nice to have a little nicer quality gear, but we didn't feel it was worth mentioning while we were there. I'm sure they would have immediately fixed it if we brought it to their attention. To be honest, this home was more than our family of four needed (I booked it knowing it was a splurge), so I doubt we will rent it again, but I would wholeheartedly recommend it for a larger family. It's a perfect slice of Watercolor life!!

It was our (estimated) 13th time in Watercolor and this is the first home I’d rebook. The home quality is the best I’ve seen so far. Pool and spa, High quality mattresses and bedding- We called to ask about the pillows. I ordered them for my own home. I’m trying to think of a negative and there just wasn’t one. Again, thank you.
