Ile d'Oleron, seaside, direct access to the beach (50 m), WIFI

A 50 M FROM THE BEACHES OF DOMINO AND HAUCRE (300M), quiet, not overlooked and sheltered from the wind, single storey house with all comfort of 80 m2 with a beautiful enclosed garden of 1000 m2 ( Pines, Cypress, dune vegetation).

A gate at the end of the garden leads directly to the beach, from where you can admire the sunset every evening, via a small dune path (no road to cross).

Renovated in 2017 by my husband architect, it is very bright, pleasantly decorated. It has 2 terraces to enjoy the sun at any time (kitchen and dining room).

Parking of several vehicles is possible on the property. A 5-seater bike rack is also at your disposal.

Nice Beachhouse

Perfect House for Beachdays and exploring the island. Several nice beaches in short distance - also for kids suitable. House as everything you need and is well equipped. Highlight was the amazing support and hospitality by Delphine, who really is caring quite a lot and with high personal contribution.

Just 50 m. from the lovely coast!Unfortunate there was a messy place of trailers (trailerpark) next to the Property. The pictures does not show this, therefore the price / quality abd expectation is out of balance.

Great location and nicely decorated

We stayed for a week with a family of five (two adults, three kids). The check in process was really smooth thanks to Delphine. The house is located close to the beach. The beach is nice, although it is not a beach necessarily for swimming and sunbathing (but there are others close by). It is located close to the bakery, which were easily reached on our (rented) bikes. The interior is decorated nicely as can be seen on the pictures. Unfortunately the trampoline is no longer there… but despite this, I would definitely recommend!

Maison calme et à proximité de la plage mais stockage de caravanes et décharge d'objets métalliques chez le voisin qui gâche franchement l'atmosphère.Ce serait bien de le signaler car du coup un fois que la location est payée et que l'on arrive, on ne peut pas demander de remboursement et repartir, c'est malheureusement malhonnête de la part des propriétaires même si la concierge qui est prévue ne peut rien faire pour cela... veuillez noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas eu d'accueil de sa part, le seul kit d'accueil correspondant à une éponge et un rouleau de papier wc....en faisant un petit effort et en voulant faire plaisir, on pourrait offrir un paquet de biscuits et une bouteille de vin qui serait un minimum vu le prix de la location... à bon entendeur...

Vacances bord de mer Domino/Oléron

Grosse déception à notre arrivée entre ce que l'annonce présentait laissant entendre que c'était une maison d'architecte, un prix qui laissait espérer des prestations de qualité et ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant notamment relativement aux équipements clairement pas à la hauteur du prix. Ustensiles de cuisines sales et en mauvais état (on a dû acheté deux poêles), pas de corbeille ou bassine pour le linge, balaie en très mauvais état, inutilisable, un barbecue qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos et qui s'est révélé être électrique, et sale, nous ne l'avons pas utilisé, mauvaise isolation (simple vitrage), heureusement nous n'avons pas eu à subir la canicule, absence de voiles ou rideaux aux fenêtres nous empêchant du fait des moustiques de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (heureusement les nuits n'ont pas été trop chaudes), douche en cabine de douche qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos, lit 160 avec deux matelas en 80 dur et inconfortable, détecteur de fumée ne fonctionnant pas ...... bref déçu avec une absence de discussion de vive voix avec la propriétaire qui a estimé que tout est en accord avec l'annonce ...en dehors des non-dits bien sûr. Sans parler de la charge mentale relativement à un séjour qui se voulait sans stress. C'est la 1ère fois qu'il y a un tel gap entre ce qui est annoncé, le prix et la réalité et ça fait 15 ans qu'on vient sur Oléron donc des locations on en a faites et on a toujours été plus agréablement surpris que déçu.

Parfait!

Maison très confortable, très joliment aménagée et décorée. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage. Située dans le magnifique village de Domino. Accueil fort sympathique de Delphine (qui reste disponible en cas de besoin). Terrain fermé très agréable.

Charmantes Feiernhaus am Strand

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Unser Sohn hatte viel Spaß auf dem wilden Grundstück und am Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Geschäfte in Restaurants sind nicht weit weg (Bäcker 5min mit dem Rad, Supermarkt mit dem Auto 10min) Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Concierge war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir habe direkt noch einige Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele bekommen. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Insgesamt war das ein angenehmer, ruhiger Urlaub. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch den Bäcker kann man morgens mit ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch erreichen. Alles tip top und ruhig. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Ameisen in der Küche

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhig gelegen

Das perfekte Strandhaus, sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand in direkter Nähe ist zum Baden nicht so schön, aber nach 10 min Fussmarsch durch die Dünen (oder 5 min Auto) kommt man an den großen Badestrand, der auch für Kinder toll ist. Das Haus liegt in einer netten, ruhigen Ecke der Insel, die es sich zu entdecken lohnt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
