Super logement pas trop loin du centre ville. Très propre avec toutes les installations nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Tout est pensé pour accueillir du bébé jusqu'au chien. Top

Idéal pr un week end

Le logement est très bien situé. La communication avec la propriétaire bonne. Le point négatif que nous avons rencontré est le ménage de l appartement. Les draps et serviettes ne sentaient pas le propre (humidité) et la qualité des serviettes laisse à désirer. Sinon l appartement est parfait pour une séjour de courte durée.

Le temps d’une escapade

Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit, partis un peu sur un coup de tête. La proprio est réactive et répond vite aux questions. La communication a été très fluide et claire. Nous avons trouvé l’appartement très bien situé (tout est à portée de pieds), décoré avec goût. L’immeuble est rigolo avec les différents escaliers et les canapés au rdc. La montée des 3 étages est un peu physique, il faut voyager léger compte tenu des escaliers en colimaçon et les autres assez étroits. Mais les peintures et sièges à chq étage aident à la montée. Notre seul bémol c’est l’insonorisation. Qd les voisins de pallier rentrent on a l’impression que c’est chez nous. Qd on dort ça fait un drôle d’effets. Après on est en centre ville mais je ne m’attendais pas à entendre aussi distinctement les bruits (des gens qui discutent,des camions poubelles, balayeuses et autres engins charmants). Il y a du double vitrage mais cela ne suffit pas malheureusement et la nuit, surtout de mon enfant, a été hachée. Pour une escapade c’est très bien, le lendemain un peu cerné mais vraiment l’appartement est bien, c’est dommage
